For 20 years, and dozens of medical professionals around the US, I have dealt with a number of symptoms that were received with skepticism and haphazard diagnoses. After countless ER visits, hospital stays, tests, antibiotics, and everything else under the sun, Dr. Espindola provided me with something I have been praying for for the past 2 decades. I cannot express how eternally grateful I am to the staff at AWC for listening to me, working with me, and ultimately providing me with a path forward. I am no longer in pain, my life has changed in a way I had lost hope I would. I hope this review inspires women to work with the amazing professionals who are truly life savers.

Dr. Espindola is a perfect fit for me, she is extremely thorough and attentive, and genuinely invested in finding the best care plan possible. She allows me to ask every question I have and then some, so I feel comfortable with our decisions. I feel very confident putting my female health in her hands. The entire staff at AWC, especially Monique, has made some difficult experiences a little easier for me to maneuver and I am grateful to all the Doctors and Nurses there for their attentive care.

I’ve been a patient at AWC for almost 8 years now, and have always had positive experiences throughout the years. All the providers are friendly, professional, and take their time to answer questions and concerns. I really appreciate their availability for appointments, as well as the team approach they use for care. Dr. Ward is an amazing provider and throughout my high risk pregnancy she made me feel informed, relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend Anchorage Women’s Clinic!

I have been coming to the Anchorage Women's Clinic since the 1980's and it says a lot about a place when you keep coming back for your office visits even after moving out of state. Doctor Cayco Travis is approachable, nice and as exceptional as any of my fantastic past doctor's there, that have since retired. I always feel confident in seeing her and I highly recommend her to everyone.

The facility is nice. I love the doctors and their knowledge. You can ask them anything private or embarrassing and they help you with the cause and/or find a solution to fix the problem. It’s how care should be. Typically, gynecology is an uncomfortable experience. The providers here really try to make you feel comfortable by informing you of what is going to take place. I felt valued and my dignity was intact. The reason I gave four out of five stars is because when I went to the bathroom the facility was 100% out of toilet paper. That was a bit disheartening. I had to use paper towels and put them in the trash. The tech apologize for this inconvenience. Otherwise they would’ve had five out of five stars.

AWC is the best in Alaska. Dr. Espindola is kind, caring, professional and extremely comforting. I’ve used AWC for everything from routine exams to help with fertility. I was able to conceive my beautiful baby girl with the help of Dr. Espindola and the rest of the amazing staff. I used this clinic for my entire pregnancy and could not imagine going anywhere else. I looked forward to each visit because from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out I felt like I was seeing friends who cared about me and my baby. I never felt rushed in this clinic. The front desk staff is also friendly and very helpful. If you’ve got a question for your doctor, they’re happy to pass the message along and I always received a call back the same day. If you’re looking for great women’s healthcare this is the place! Thank you to everyone at AWC and especially to Dr. Espindola!

Very satisfied with care and treatment. They were very concerned, propessional and caring. Only disconcerned is now long it took to get in as a new patient. I will continue with this clinic. A few days before appt. I had a very bad case of vertigo. They took this into consideration, as the effect still lingered.
