Initial impression after daughter’s first visit was positive. My uncooperative and usually head-shy kiddo let them do an exam when the last dentist couldn’t even get a mirror out to see in her mouth. To top it all off, they were able to do X-rays! Then when that was successful, they got her to stand still for a panoramic X-ray. Previous X-rays had all been done when she was under anesthesia. My daughter has never been so cooperative. They really had the right finesse and eased my daughter into every step. Very positive experience.

Best dentist you can ever imagine. Never fear this dentist for the care our babies who are older now had only good experiences as little as 4 years old our baby had dental issues. She just turned 18 and we are bringing her back again.

My 6yo daughter was seen here after not having been seen for a couple years. I was scared that i was going to get read the riot act for having dropped the ball, but they didn't. They made the experience amazing for both of us. The staff was so friendly and took the time to explain everything as far as proceeding with her dental care. I could tell that both of the gals my daughter saw have a true passion for for their job.They even had a small TV on the ceiling for her to watch while they cleaned her choppers and got her exam. 10/10 heavily recommend this office.

Would definitely go back. The employees were all super nice and very informative for any questions I needed answered. My kids enjoyed every minute of their visit they were scared at first and before we even walked out they were saying they couldn’t wait to get back to the dentist. My daughters loved picking their flavors and they gift at the end of our visit. The timing worked great they were seen at 8 am and weren’t even late to school out before 9 am. Easy to locate and with a very clean waiting room area along with the back rooms. Very kid friendly. Great service finally found their forever dentist.

Highly disappointed with the way customer service is handled in this clinic. We have been going here since 2021 and until last year, when Dr Darby retired, everything was great.

We have had two instances where bite wing x rays have been taken without permission. Then upon receipt of office visits, we keep owing a bill. Again, called asked about the bill, was told by Larissa, to call our insurance company and get their correct “verbiage” of x rays. What exactly they mean, so, I hesitantly call United Concordia. The rep at United Concordia says, this isn’t your responsibility to call, it is theirs. However, she explains to me the verbiage and lets me know we should’ve waited. I CB and let Larissa know what United Concordia says and she proceeds with if you aren’t happy with our service we are more then happy to transfer your file elsewhere.

Took my one year old in for his first dental check-up. I wasn't sure how it was going to go, with it being his first time. The whole experience was really smooth and great. First off, there is ample parking outside, and it's easy to figure out where to go right when you walk into the building. The receptionist was very welcoming and the waiting room was comfortable and kid friendly. Both Shelby and Dr. Easte were SO great with my son. They got to know him a little bit first, made him smile, and were really understanding when he kept throwing his toy they gave him on the floor (a fun game for him right now lol). Dr. Easte answered questions and gave great advice. It felt very thorough, but we were in and out in 30 minutes. My appointment also started right on time, which I appreciated because we were approaching my baby's nap time. Highly recommend this place and Dr. Easte specifically- incredible first visit!

Great experience, Christy Jen is the BEST !
I was having insurance issues so I asked to have my appt rescheduled because I did not want to pay out of pocket, my husband had taken the day off to accompany me to this appt (our 2yr old's 1st dental check up) upon hearing this Christy squeezed us in to do a "quick" check at no-charge. Literally made mine and my husbands day!
We then got our insurance figured out and went back for a full check up.. Christy was amazing as the very 1st time. Thank youuuuu!

I would not recommend this office to any family as it is one of the worst experiences I have had in medical offices Anchorage as a parent for the last 22 years. The dentists here are amazing and we cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Easte. Sadly, the office staff has been very unprofessional and difficult to work with. When trying to reschedule an appointment, the office put us on hold for more than half an hour and hung up on us three times, then marked our family as a no show for the appointment. When one of our children were sick on the day of another appointment and we called to reschedule, they again penalized us for giving late notice. The office staff was inflexible about these situations, refusing to rebook us because of it. I am disappointed by their lack of understanding and for penalizing us for their poor service. There are much better dental offices in our city with office staff who are kind, professional and full of care for your kids. I would recommend choosing a different one for your family.
