I want to express my deepest gratitude to all the wonderful staff members at Anaheim Point. I am incredibly grateful for each and every one of you, from the nurses—C.N.A.s, LVNs, and RNs—who provided exceptional care, to the administration team who ensured everything ran smoothly, to all the therapists who worked with me on exercises, and the housekeeping staff who maintained a clean and welcoming environment.

I would like to extend a special thanks to two CNAs who were very attentive to my needs and helped me greatly. Their names are Gabriel and Blanca. With their help, I was able to have a very good stay at Anaheim Point.

The staff members' hard work, kindness, and dedication made a world of difference, and I am truly grateful for the support and compassion you have shown. Thank you all for everything.

Fast and easy facial recognition sign in for visitors!! The initial interaction & initiation sign in takes your temperature and ask you a couple questions.(e.g like have you been exposed to co-vid or have had any of the symptoms.) @ the first time. Then facial recognition software will recognize you each and every time, what visitor (s) you are visiting. On every occasion you go in after and that first time sign in logs the room number,
,floor, date,time, location,etcetera. All that it has to do is take a picture of you!!!

I am so thankful to be at Anaheim Point. I want to give a big shout-out to the LVN nurses, especially Sanjaya, for taking good care of me and making me feel welcome.

I also want to give a special mention to the two certified nurses named Carlos - one on the morning shift and the other on the evening shift. They are amazing and always make me feel happy. Their hard work means a lot to me.

The food here varies in taste, but whenever I don't like something, I can always ask for a delicious cheeseburger, burrito, or quesadilla, and the kitchen makes them just the way I like.

I appreciate that there are always different activities happening here. It was heartwarming to see them celebrate a patient's birthday recently. It touched my heart, especially because my great-grandmother lived to be 110 years old and I am sure she would have liked to be celebrated just as the patient was.

My time at Anaheim Point was extremely great I was treated very well, all CNA's were very punctual, especially Gabriel & Bianca, and my nurse Danielle was so kind and always had a smile, she understood my pain and help me very promptly, that made my stay so much easier to deal with at the Rehabilitation center...also a shout out to the therapy department. ....Sylvia Granados.

To Violeta CNA,for taking care of my mother. I love the patience and good attitude she gives to the residents .Thank you for the type of care you give, I have seen how you handle them with care. Thank you I hope the D.O.N sees this message or anyone in charge above and beyond. We need more people like her , I know residents can be a handful but I love that this place is very kind.

And I would like to apologize.
Because the staff corrected there. Self. From the nursing administration and to the social worker. Sometimes you just got give a little time. But unfortunately it just wasn't the facility for a good friend of mine.
But the facility is good. We all hold a different standards overall. I do recommend this facility. Sometimes we get overwhelmed. And we got a step back and give it time.

Anaheim Point is truthly a rare and hidden gem. The reason is that the staff is super nice and attentive. I love how responsive they are whenever I call and have any questions. They get back to me right away. The Administrator runs a great team and he makes it a point to ensure all members of his staff treat patients with dignity, respect and compassion. My aunt was admitted to Anaheim Point for rehab. She had a stroke and required rehabilitation. The rehab team at this place is excellent. Although my aunt initially resisted physical therapy, Richard, one of the therapists, was able to motivate her successfully. Great job!
The nursing staff, including MJ the RN, Jasmin the LVN, and the CNAs, were outstanding. Special thanks to the attentive housekeeper, Lupe.

However, the only suggestion I have is that they should answer the phones promptly instead of keeping you on hold for too long, but overall 4 stars!
