My grandma had fallen off the bed, how long had she been on the floor asking for help?! And no one from the hospital would tell us the details, I would not recommend using this place. Please save your family and don't take your family here. They are not going to tell you anything bad happened if you are not here or you don't know.

The care teams in this place is outstanding. Facility is very clean . All the staffs go out of their way to help your loved one. We are very fortunate to be taken care of by this nursing facility. Very much appreciated.

I was there. Worker would not give me my heart meds. My meds that were transferred to this facility disappeared. Wheelchairs are held together with gorilla tape. Equipment I. Restroom is made of PVC pipe & tape! This place is no longer on a list to go to from a local hospital. Some employees are really good!

Anaheim Crest is a nice facility, my Mom was a resident for almost 11 months and received excellent care and assistance. The staff are friendly and helpful and the social services director goes above and beyond with her assistance. The CNAs are pleasant to the residents and usually quick to answer bed calls.
I would recommend this place.

Anyone who has had to deal with the transition from independent living into nursing home living knows how stressful that can be. The staff are AMAZING! They have made the transition for my father smooth and stress free. This place is very friendly, inviting, cozy, and nice. The food is great, the activities they have are wonderful. I cant believe how great and friendly the staff are!! What a nice change!

This facility is clean, cozy, comfortable, and with safe environments. Staff are friendly, sincere, and committed to providing high-quality care. Staff are united with one purpose. They have great foods like Korean. The REHAB team are great! Nursing staff are awesome, and they also have great wound doctors in the building. I highly recommend this facility to your loved ones.

The nursing center has kind and professional staff. The nursing staff is friendly and attentive The CNAs are assigned rooms so the care is focused. Administrative staff is very responsive and the social workers, Grace and Jessica are very friendly and helpful. Grace was very helpful with discharge arrangements and we really appreciated that. The physical therapy staff are very knowledgeable and responsive and Seijin Lee, Occupational Therapist is excellent. He is really helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, great care for my mom who is 88 and we were able to get the nursing support we needed and return home. Thank you Anaheim Crest Nursing Center Administration and staff.
