The lady at the front counter was very nice and quick to help me as soon as I walked in the door, the nurse lady and the doctor, Miss Carrie Richardson were both excellent. They came in to see me in a timely manner and help me out so I could get back to workin less than 30 minutes and was able to tell me what was wrong with my arm. Definitely recommend this facility for future visits

I had the pleasure of being cared for by Angela Chavers during my recent doctor’s visit, and I can confidently say it was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, Angela made me feel at ease with her warm and welcoming demeanor. She and Dr. Reeves took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain everything in clear detail, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
What stood out the most was their professionalism paired with genuine compassion. It was clear that they truly care about their patients’ well-being, and it made all the difference in my visit. They answered my questions thoughtfully, addressing my worries with patience, and never rushed through anything.
In a healthcare setting where comfort and trust are so important, Angela went above and beyond. I left my appointment feeling not only well cared for but also empowered with knowledge about my health.
Thank you, Angela and Dr. Reeves for making my visit a positive experience and I’m grateful for your outstanding service.

AJ was amazing. Checked on my son several times while we waited for the doctor. He could tell my son was having trouble breathing and assisted. AJ was truly God sent!!!!! He was great from start to finish.

I debated on two to three stars. Receptionist was very nice. Nurse was nice. You wait a long time in the rooms. The person x-raying me had to look in a manual to figure out how to do it. The splint that they put on my arm was placed wrong. I kept telling my family something wasn't right. I finally took it off, the next morning to figure it, as my fingers were cramped together and with a broke, displaced bone in my left arm this was extremely bothersome. It was placed sideways. I put it on right, so better, but having to take off and put it back on was extremely painful. Maybe offer your staff training on this and the stars will go up. Also, the floors in the patient care rooms are very dirty. Of course I see this a lot in doctor offices today. But, all in all I will go back. Also, I never received a refund, from when I paid for a service a couple years ago that they didn't initially file on my insurance. They finally filed, got paid by my insurance, but they still have my money.

I came here around two years ago with a minor viral infection in my lungs. I didn’t know it at the time, which is why my parents brought me here. I believe the RN who saw me was named Kimberly. She completely dropped the ball with her diagnosis for me. She evaluated me, listened to my lungs and told me I had pneumonia despite no coughing symptoms whatsoever. She was encouraging my dad to take me to the hospital, but we felt this was extremely unnecessary. She prescribed me with antibiotics to treat my nonexistent pneumonia. They made me incredibly sick and thankfully didn’t do more damage than they probably should have. I was out of school for two weeks, and I came back feeling a little better and needing a school excuse. Mind you, Kimberly is the one who told me to stay home from school and she knew I didn’t go to the hospital. She tried telling me I couldn’t have a school excuse because I didn’t go to the hospital. It was outright ridiculous. The way the staff treated me was ridiculous. I overheard them talking about me like I was an inconvenience to them! This was two years ago but to this day, I will never be back. MedCenter South just up the road by Lowe’s is great! Their staff is always so friendly, ready to help me, never misses a diagnosis, and offer school/work excuses for as long as I feel needed.
