From our first telephone conversation to our in-home visit, John provided us with professionalism, compassion and kindness. He went above and beyond with helping us decipher my mom’s short term care policy and filing a claim. John took time to understand my mom’s needs and matched her with a caretaker who is attentive to my mom’s needs while doing it with compassion and genuine concern. They helped me with a same day need, with so much empathy and kindness, and quickly provided care for my parents after my dad had surgery.
