Dissatisfied in multiple areas with this agency. The caregivers bring their personal problems into the home. Inappropriate conversations, complaints, negativity, money problems and car problems. One caregiver, was manipulating enough that my mother bought her a car battery. Too, this caregiver was living in their car. Another caregiver took baths, and brought laundry and drapes to wash in my mother’s washer and dryer. The list is long… We trusted these caregivers would do their job,
( once a week shower and clothes changes ) but this was a constant issue of contention. We regret hiring them. It’s an awful feeling.

I am so disappointed with the care they provided to my grandmother here. If you can afford a better option chose better.

Sheri is quite insensitive and gets around to things when she feels like it. I was on the phone with her when my 89 year old dad was swinging at me. She found it amusing and laughed. I was so distraught that I felt suicidal and she thought that was FUNNY?!
