I had wanted to change my doctor's and location due feeling like I was receiving bad service up to this point . And when I made a review on here on the overall service/situations leading up to my review, it seems to have been taken down. Only time it has seemed that any of the doctors have taken me seriously is when I've had to bring someone along with me. I'm honestly at that point where I feel like I can't come and trust I won't have any issues getting to the bottom of my health concerns. It's even gotten to the point where I'm hesitant about coming here for my mental health and seeing a therapist through them and to the point where I feel like I have to skip my appointments (and actually do) because of feeling like there'll be an issue especially with my previous review..

My mother went today, when she got there they told her she didn’t have an order for what she went in for. Then they told her she did, only for her to wait HOURS, they forgot about her and told her she didn’t have an order. The girls at front desk completely ignored her, made her feel like she didn’t know what she was talking about and made her cry. Only for one of them to look into it again and say she did in fact have an order. Not only did they make a patient cry, but possibly made a HIPPA violation with a mix up? Horrible.

This is a great medical group. I love this doctor's office came here when i found out I was pregnant and loved the way I was always treated and they have great pediatricians. My daughter is now 2 years and 4 months this is the only place I will take her. I never have to wait long to see her doctor. All the staff is great. And if your pregnant they have great classes and nutritional programs to make sure you and your baby are healthy. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This place is usually really good. I've always been seen on time the one time I wasnt they apologized and were very helpful and got my son a snack since he was hungry (we'd been in the room waiting to see someone for 45 minutes). They're awesome. The only complaint is that I went recently and was told to go to the Goodrich location (which is even better) they said I could get something done there that I couldn't. Other than that they're awesome. They usually have cool water in the waiting area which is really cool

It's a place to go there for emergency dental and see quick walk-ins for the safe for security guards twice that kicked out all the homeless people out there hanging around on the street that won't come in
