Had to cancel my electric wheel chair because my dad became bed ridden and had no use for the chair anymore. Never received the chair and was charged a 200.00 fee because we ordered the chair with an ajustable control arm. So not only the chair was never delivered my Dad ended up passing away and we still were charged 200.00 for the control arm. Talk about kicking someone when they are down and morning.

My mother's power bed needed some adjustments a few months after we purchased it. The owner, himself, came over right away to ensure that the bed was perfectly safe. Alpine goes above and beyond with customer service.

It took 6 to 8 months of being lied to and Jagged around on a lift chair having issues before I had it and went straight to the company that made it. They do not back their products. They committed fraud twice by stating the chair was made in America when in fact it was made in China. They make you jump through hoops rather than fix a problem. The manufacturer was really ticked off about how I was treated and I'm not backing their product. Upon talking to the repair man the company hooked me up with that made the chair it was made clear immediately the entire metal structure on the bottom needed to be replaced as well as the box that the remote hooks up to. Yet I kept being treated by Alpine like it was my imagination even after them seeing issues and what are they supposed to do about it. Very dishonest ownership that continuously lies as well as being little to no help.

The 2 guys that installed my chair lift were excellent. 1 hour and 15 minutes for installation. Incredibly fast. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The chair itself is sturdy and helpful to use my upstairs area more.

So many thanks to the kind people who work here. From the phone call I made this morning to us walking in the door looking for help. We are here vacationing and was needing new crutches since the hospital back home yesterday gave me a set that was too tall and hard for me to get around. They knew exactly how to help me and we were in and out the door in less than 10 minutes. Thanks again!!!!

Took in my Walker for new cables and general maintenance. Mike said it would cost a certain amount and guess what .....he did it for that price...and he did a wonderful job. Found my go too guy

We took my husbands scooter in to get checked out due to the batteries being drawn done. Mike kept the scooter a few days but could not find the source of the draining. We ultimately purchased a new scooter from Alpine - no pressure to do so, which we appreciated. Highly recommend Alpine Medical for your medical needs, staff is very courteous and professional. Thanks for your help.

Rented a knee scooter for 40.00 per week returned it because I can't use it after two days. If you we're in a town that had other options for medical devices you wouldn't stay in business. I will drive to Point next time.
