Home care was hired by inclusa to provide services. One of those services per requested by the client was filling a lockbox for (controlled) medication because the client was overtaking them. Client was then allowed to pick up her own prescriptions and overdose then withdraw on them. Also given the code for her lockbox. This sort of thing caused her money, overdoses and withdrawals previously which is why she asked for help. This company should be ashamed of themselves! This is only the last straw not many other examples throughout her care. Read reviews and believe them because there is a reason why they have one star.

Unfortunately very unreliable on call. Leaving patients without vital meds for 15+ hours putting lives at risk. Short staffing extending hospital discharge. Poor bedside manor customer service from management. Pay a bit more for quality care for your loved one.
