If I could give Dr. Hardy zero stars I would. I was the first appointment at 7:30 a.m. the day after Christmas. My daughters and I waited for an hour to be seen. I heard laughter in the distance but could not find any nursing staff. I went searching for someone to help and stumbled upon the lounge. There was Dr. Hardy laughing in a lounge with two nurses. She seemed annoyed as she examined my girls making a comment when I requested a specialist that I should be "prepared to wait" as if somehow I was being impatient. I scheduled subsequent appointments with her but each time she seemed annoyed as if she could not get past that interaction. Her office would cancel appointments the day before with no availability for 6 months. Her bedside manner was cold and aloof. Definitely not worth the trouble. I had no confidence in her ability to "care" for my young daughters' needs.

Was recommended by another pediatrician, we saw her yesterday. She was not well informed, acted as though she was better and I knew nothing, only went on what the chart said instead of asking questions. I had a lot of questions but did not feel comfortable asking. She would ask a question and in the middle of me answering would cut me off and start talking. Was not friendly, seemed very rude.... you would think because she works with children she'd be a little more compassionate bit she seems as one of those who has been doing this so long she doesn't like her job. Made an appointment with the other doc to see how she is. If she's the same, taking child else where. All my docs are Geisinger and every office I have been to has been amazing, I get to the pediatrician and it's the worst one. I say stay away.

Absolutely the worst pediatrician I have ever met. I have an extremely medically complex kiddo so I have met an enormous amount of doctors that work with kids. This woman shouldn't even be in this field let alone in pediatrics. She is rude, judgemental and has a horrible bedside manner. If you have an upcoming appointment for your kids with this woman CANCEL NOW AND RUN FAR AWAY!! She doesn't like her job and she most certainly doesn't like kids! I hope people get the chance to read all these horrible reviews on her before she pays to have them all deleted!!

She was my pediatrician as a child and if I could give 0 stars I would. I still go to therapy from the mental trauma she inflicted on me. I was sick for almost a year while seeing her. She told my mother in front of me that I was lying. After seeing a specialist; I was referred to by a Nurse Practioner, I found out I needed surgery. If you love and respect your child please see someone else. Even if you are desperate.

Most useless doctor I've met. She will only see well patients. Yes you read right. If you have an appointment and your kids is sick she will change it for months later. She has NEVER seen my kids while they are sick. I've had to go to urgent care.

She’s always been fantastic for my family. She immediately noticed and diagnosed and issue with my newborn before I even realized there was a problem (first kid so I didn’t know that level of fussy wasn’t normal).

Does not understand how to be supportive and assist with ethnic households. Makes situations worse. Doesn't ask questions, rush to judgement, but the doesn't address the medical issues she was trusted to manage. Horrible bedside manor. Should be working in the field with dementia patients. No. I correct myself. Even they deserve better healthcare.

Amazing pediatrician, I have had her for 5 years now and she addresses my concerns for my kids, will call few days after the appointment to check up on kids and has wonderful bedside manners. Very respectful and informative.
