The staff is friendly and works very hard to get prescriptions ready or answer any questions. They are quick to pick up the phone, and I rarely am put on hold. Unlike other retail pharmacies in the community, Allina does not run out of my prescriptions and keeps me updated when there are questions or billing changes. I love that they have mail order service that for me is provided free, and I’m not sure if this is a benefit of the pharmacy itself or my insurance plan. Ask about it if this is something you’re interested in because it really does save time and mileage to drive to the pharmacy.

Went to pick up my medications. When I was there they had reshelved my prescriptions. I was told it would be a half an hour to get prescriptions ready. When I asked if I could just have them transferred to a different pharmacy, due to not having an extra 30 minutes, the gal with short red hair was beyond rude and stated I have two options to wait or to leave and come back. Amazed at the lack of patience and respect from a healthcare facility! Be better Allina!

Becky is an amazing, educated, solution finding, Pharmacist! Without her I may have had a medical emergency. But, she figured it out for me and talked to my doctor. ON A FRIDAY EVENING AFTER EVERYONE WAS CLOSED. I had already called 30 other pharmacies. She found a med very similar to the one that was on back order. She cared to look for something to solve my problem. Without this drug. I could have a seizure and die. She really brightened my weekend. It's nice to know that she still cares about her patients. Especially, in this healthcare climate. I so appreciate her. If you have a problem with you med or delivery system. She is a highly-qualified healthcare warrior!

I’ve been here three separate times. Every time I end up waiting a minimum of 30-60 minutes to fill a prescription.
This last time, they didn’t have the prescription ready. I told them I would wait.
They said it would be 15 minutes.
I decided to wait in the car because it’s FREEZING in the waiting room!! I came back in 15 minutes expecting for the prescription to be ready. They had not even started it!! So here I sit. Waiting AGAIN. Another 15 minutes later and now I’m informed the computers keep going down.
This happened the first time I came here.
This is pathetic. I have only had problems with Allina pharmacies. Every other pharmacy I have been to they have it ready and waiting. I get in and out under 3 minutes!! An hour later and I Finally have the prescription!
Step up your game Allina!!
