I attended the advertised open house hosted by Sherry (the director of independent living). She was professional and very knowledgeable. I was drawn by the promise of safety, Catholic Mass, and maintenance free living, but the added amenities such as meals, rides to medical appointments, parking and weekly housekeeping were beyond my expectations. I knew immediately that it was the ideal place for me and another family member who also decided to take an apartment here.
Although we have only been here a few months since Allied Services took over, we have found the staff including Mark from maintenance and Rick from dietary to be extremely helpful. Also the other tenants have been very welcoming and I would definitely recommend the Center City apartments to others.

On the recommendation of a family member who attended the apartment open house my cousin requested a tour. Sherry, the apartment director, was very caring and accommodating. Since my cousin doesn't drive she was attracted by the offer of on-site religious services, medical appointment transportation, meals and weekly housekeeping. Also the downtown shopping area is within walking distance.
She has found the staff including Larry the driver as well as the receptionists to be very helpful. Since she worked as a CNA for many years she feels very much at home in this type of environment.

As a nursing professional and private duty nurse, I found the independent living apartments charming, secure and a great value for any senior in the area. The apartment manager Sherry is wonderful and truly cares about her residents .... and the residents are so friendly and welcoming.

I have lived in the Aparrments for 6 yrs and I am very pleased with the amenties that inlcude 3 meals a day, housekeeping, GROCERY SHOPPING, medical appointment transportaion, activities, maintenace , religious services including ecumentical services, and more. The staff especially Sherry the apartment manager, Larry the driver, Rick the dietary manager and the receptionists are very suppotive and helpful. It feels like family here. As a resident living in the apartments I live with my peers , we have many common interests and we feel comfortable with each other. It is a great place to live!

I am so happy that my father chose this facility, as it is a wonderful community. This was especially true during the COVID quarantine - they did everything necessary to protect the residents, and I am truly grateful for that. My Dad has found a home here and he enjoys it so much! No worries for any maintenance, food, only minor cleaning and laundry necessary by residents. Really, it's a great place for him to be! Thank you!

This warm and friendly environment provides great care and compassion to all residents and the staff members are outstanding. Apartments are clean and spacious with many in house amenities allowing residents to socialize and maintain an independent lifestyle. It gives me peace of mind that she is in a safe and caring place! I have toured your apartments with my mother on two occasions and it was very impressive. I thought it was the best retirement community in the area. We met with Sherri the apartment manager. She was caring , very knowledgeable and understanding. Thank you Sherri.

My grandmother has been living here for a year and has had a great experience. The care and accommodations are top notch. The staff and residents are kind and courteous.
