I've had a good experience this last time, fast, efficient, professional. There have been other times however, they completely missed my prescriptions. Like it was electronically sent by Dr and they failed to acknowledge it was even there lol.

They have horrible communication, don’t return messages, they send deliveries without notifying you before hand, without clarifying what times they can send the medications out for delivery, or they say that deliveries are going to be made and they are never made. They don’t follow up with prescription transfers from other pharmacies even when you’re basically out of medications. There’s no way to contact anyone about your delivery person if they don’t show up. There’s no way to talk to anyone over the phone after hours if there’s an issue with your medication that was supposed to be delivered. They have the same expensive prices as any other major pharmacy chain without having major chain pharmacy hours of operation or multiple convenient locations. If you don’t have to use this pharmacy don’t. I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with this company

I asked for an emergency supply from here and the pharmacy technician told me they couldn't support the refill of a pill pack then pissed off a sensitive patient that had no medication on her. They are lazy pharmacy that only care about the insurance money from all patients and not the actual person. They definitely deserve a court order lawsuit to run business here in San Diego or to get their business licenses revoked from City Judges. So expect low quality care from this pharmacy by Grant hotel.

This place used to be AMAZING & then they went down hill! They used to offer same-day delivery to me but now says they can't so they send through the mail...but only sometimes... Very inconsistencies, they'll tell you that they'll fill your prescription as soon as the doctor approves & then it's another week that they FINALLY tell me they have had it & didn't send out so multiple times I've had to go seven days without medications I need daily. Customer service sucks, they don't care if it's an issue from their end, don't try to make it right or improving their system.
Wish they had their own app where you could check and fill on your own.
The only good thing I'll say is that they almost ALWAYS have any medication you need in stock, I've never once been told they were out of a medication which makes it reliable for that reason.

Do not use this pharmacy Melissa y. States she is the supervisor when in actuality she is just an angry female on a power trip masquerading as one who will completely disrespect you especially if you are a man she made her co worker call me from a text plus call app to harass me so that it wouldn't be recorded and as a result have proof of her harassment I had medication that needed delivery and she refused to send it out all because i challenged her and called her out about her attitude and overt disrespect do not use this pharmacy you as a patient deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times no matter what an individual is dealing with in there personal life
