Best provider ever. I want to clone her and have each one cover a different specialty. I have never felt so heard, seen, and respected before. Knowledgeable, friendly, thorough. I didn't feel rushed, didn't feel brushed off, didn't feel like I was a bother to her (all experiences I have had with other providers) I wish she could be my GP too. Great staff too. Was friendly and blood draw was practically pain free, and I am a hard stick.

And I couldn’t ask for better customer service from her office manager Nicole who’s always accommodating when it comes to scheduling, and so helpful when I need help dealing with insurance companies or prior authorizations, etc. I highly recommend them.

I made an appointment request online and was contacted the next day to schedule an appointment. When I came into my appointment, I was happy to walk up to a house and to be greeted by a dog at the door. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and immediately welcomed me. Dr. Mercier took her time to get to know me as a person as well as my medical background. She was very gentle with removing my Nexplanon. I would highly recommended their services and can’t wait to go back myself.
