Best provider ever. I want to clone her and have each one cover a different specialty. I have never felt so heard, seen, and respected before. Knowledgeable, friendly, thorough. I didn't feel rushed, didn't feel brushed off, didn't feel like I was a bother to her (all experiences I have had with other providers) I wish she could be my GP too.
Great staff too. Was friendly and blood draw was practically pain free, and I am a hard stick.

Leanne is amazing! She’s compassionate, knowledgeable, and actually listens. She gives positive and realistic feedback to my health concerns. And I couldn’t ask for better customer service from her office manager Nicole who’s always accommodating when it comes to scheduling, and so helpful when I need help dealing with insurance companies or prior authorizations, etc. I highly recommend them.

I made an appointment request online and was contacted the next day to schedule an appointment. When I came into my appointment, I was happy to walk up to a house and to be greeted by a dog at the door. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and immediately welcomed me. Dr. Mercier took her time to get to know me as a person as well as my medical background. She was very gentle with removing my Nexplanon. I would highly recommended their services and can’t wait to go back myself.

I am beyond happy with the care I have received here, and can't recommend AAY enough. I've been seeing Dr. Mercier for years now, and she has helped diagnose and treat complex issues I've been dealing with for almost half of my life. She genuinely cares about her patients, and goes above and beyond to figure out a problem and find the best solution. Her support staff is extremely kind and courteous, and any questions about billing/insurance/lab results are answered immediately. AAY offers such a large array of services, and Dr. Mercier is happy to refer a patient to a trusted provider for those services she does not provide. I love AAY!
