If I could I would give zero reviews. This place is crazy to be honest. My aunt has been here for only a few months and has had the worst time. She is a week from going into hospice and was told she is literally dying. Most of the staff here an insanely rude to her when she is literally the nicest and passive person. Simon a caregiver there I suppose is always on his phone on TikTok or sleeping and not wanting to answer questions you may have. We went to him to ask him about a bed and he couldn’t get off TikTok long enough to speak to us. We finally had to get rude with him and he still was on TikTok. Another caregiver talks terrible to my aunt and so mean to her! We spoke to the asst director and so she was banned from the room which I believe with everything she did she should have been fired!! Even know she was banned from my aunts room that evening she went to my aunts room taunting her about the whole situation. No one is wanting to do anything or take our concerns seriously. I am currently filing a report with the board and EVERYWHERE else I can!!

My 93 yr old father had been there 2-3 months. A few bump in the road however we have discovered that if we communicate our concerns with administrators they respond. Due to these requests being heard and resolved we have a new respect for Alcoa Pines. Recently my sister broke her ankle and we decided to send her to Alcoa Pines for physical therapy. She has been very happy with care and therapy she received and now her and my father go to the dinning room together and are able to visit daily. The only improvement we would all like to see are the meals. Would love to see improvement and changes to the meals to improve the quality of stay at this facility.

My mom was a resident of Alcoa Pines for several years but moved to Texas for a short period of time. Oh my goodness...the process of moving her from Texas back to Arkansas has been crazy, but JLynn has worked herself nutts making it happen! She has been very supportive even when I got frustrated! Thanks to her dedication, mom will be back in her home town before the weekend is over!
C.J., Angela, Stephanie, Simon, and many others there make it a great facility.

Did a walk through visit of the facility in preparation for a respite visit for my aunt. Was very pleased with what I saw. Facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. Set up a respite stay for my aunt and the admission process was smooth and easy. Two days in and we are very pleased thus far. My aunt seems to be very happy and I think she’s loving all the attention. Looking forward to transitioning from respite to resident.

My dad was a short term resident after a long hospital stay. Jlynn explained and assisted our family in the transition from the hospital to Alcoa Pines Rehabilitation. She took all our worries away. We were incredibly pleased with the facility and staff. The physical therapist assisted my dad in gaining his strength back. And the rest of the staff took care of any other needs during his stay. We are forever grateful to this facility, when it was time for my dad to go home he was prepared to take care of himself. Thank ya’ll so much!!!

This place is horrible. My uncle has a bruise if you can call it that, from the top of his left hip to his toes, this was no little bruise it was huge, over 12 inches wide at the top and it was black, purple and red, and no one knew what happened. My uncle was unable to get out of the bed. He was there 3 days, sent to hospital 2times, thank god. The hospital noticed the bruising on 2nd trip, 12 hours after the 1st trip. Hospital said there were reporting Alcoa for abuse. They left him all day in dirty diapers. The Alcoa Pines. Is a nightmare. He died a few days later in the hospital. The TV did not work, they would not answer the call light for hours. We were not sending him back the after his 3 day stay. But we did not have to he died. Which was not even expected, he went there for rehab. No rehab was ever done on him. Just mean nasty nurses. They would not even let us in to get his stuff. Meet at desk by nurse ratchet saying, do not move from here. Someone will bring his belongings. Not sorry for the bruise, they stated we don’t know anything about it. Alcoa is the place from he double hockey sticks. I could say a lot more, but don’t want this banned for foul language. NEVER GO THERE!!

We were able to get my father in Alcoa Pines for rehab after his hospital stay. JLynn was extremely helpful with the admissions. The facility was very clean. It was the perfect step for my father to regain his strength and get back on his feet before going home.
