I usually shop at Vons on Fridays but this Albertsons has pretty much everything that we need. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to spot this location. This store is on top of keeping it clean and organized. The staff seems very friendly and helpful. They also have Self-checkout, which I really like. Just use the same app as Vons for coupons and Deals.

My go to store in late evenings. Kenny is usually working and keeps the store tidy. Staff are helpful when asked. Security could be better outside, sitting on carts busy with phone.

I’ve seen the guy at the deli fight and argue with a customer multiple times. He always walks away on breaks when I walk up to the counter. He complains constantly to his coworkers and his negative attitude is infectious. Horrible worker and aside from that the deli counter always looks dirty and horrible. I was a chef for 15 years. The to go food looks old and dry and the fried chicken area is never cleaned they just throw it in and there always dirty bowls and a mess everywhere behind the counter. Avoid this deli counter at all cost. There’s another Albertsons 2 minutes always. This location should either be shut down or they need some serious improvements. One of the most unfriendly locations I’ve shopped at. I’ve done 4500 Instacart orders. I’ve been to Albertsons a couple times

"We're doing the best we can," she says.

That is probably true, but SOMEONE in this store made the decision that it was more cost effective to have only one register open 90% of the time, while people are lining up for self-checkout. I guess paying a second cashier is just too much to ask.

It is a despicable display of profit margin over customer service. Whatever issues I might have with Vons, they always have two or three cashier lanes open. So Albertson's in Casa de Oro, congrats on losing another customer to your "profit margin".

I have to say that Maximo in the service deli goes the extra mile with his customers. Great service. Thank you Max. This is for the Casa De Oro location

I asked very nicely the cashier in the presence of this guy named Kevin who suppose to be the manager to enter my phone number into the cash register so i can see the discount being applied to my bill when buying 2 bags of chips and 3 boxes of soda.

The discount was applied on the chips but not on the soda, Kevin just stairred at me not willing to fix the problem but instade he asked me to leave or else he threatened to call the police on me for not leaving, but there was no reason for him to act this way. He was even more upset at me after i started to record him when he was asking me to leave and insisted even more that I should leave, so I did, but I did tell him I will report this incident to his managers, then I did.

So I did file a complaint against him with the main regional manager named Steve Rainheart.

Kevin was very rude, he didn't care to provide the appropriate service to fix the problem like any good customer service worker would do.

I alwayes shop from Albertsons, I had 1/2 a basket of grocery that it took me one hour to shop and i needed those grocery at the time to eat, then he asked me to leave like i was some low class customer who was a trouble make, instead of fixing the price in the register for the soda. Wow...

He was definitely the craziest manager i have ever delt with.

The next day I did file a complaint to 3 of his managers which all apologized about the wrong way he treated me.

The conclusion of this matter, after a weekvthe main manager told me that he had a talk with Kevin, Kevin was a new manager still being trained and Kevin was verry sorry that he behaved this way.

I was given a $25 gift certificate to return and shop there with out being bothered ever again by Kevin. But I'm keeping this post to remind Kevin Justice was a good karma that did teach Kevin how to behave and how to act as a good manager should.

But i will change the 1 star to better rating once i see how i will be treated by kevin.

Just an ubdate, so far I Shopped there 5 times, I have not seen Kevin since that incident, i think he got fired or was sent away with his misrable atitude back to his mama.

So now I will give this place a 5
