Everyone was extremely kind from the moment we walked in the door. They explained things very well, were patient and considerate, took their timeā€¦ the nurse practitioner was amazing with our toddler! I can not say enough good things about them! They made a traumatic and almost impossible situation bearable.

To say that my experiences with flying, airports, and airlines and all that's involved is not as much fun as it used to be is an understatement to say the least. As a matter of fact, at 87, it has become something that I dread, and to be avoided at all costs. That is, until yesterday, when I escorted an elderly lady, my girl friend, to her flight from Portland, Oregon to
Philadelphia on Alaska Airlines.

We were greeted at the Alaska Airlines counter by an attractive, smiling, woman , who radiated, to our surprise, a very pleasant and helpful attitude. She, her name was Stephanie, went out of her way to help us with troublesome luggage, that had to be re-packed, and our own elder confusion with the flight details. This was patiently done during a busy time with a lengthy backed up line of people waiting behind us, Stephanie was relaxed and did not make us feel stressed or hurried because we were holding up the others waiting in line. She not only relieved our apprehension but made our day as we left smiling. She obviously likes her job. If the rest of your employees are anything like Stephanie I will think of Alaska Airlines if, or rather when, I choose to fly again.

You all should disclose the truth about Dr. Knox. Do not come here unless you want your child taken from you and want to be incarcerated wrongfully.
