This office has the actitud of an adult medical service were fells that kids are not welcome, the front desk ladies made faces when my kids make noise, also inside the doctor are in a hurry and took my kid eye picture so facts and it fail when I asked to do it again he refused and I took him to specialist which cost me 500 just to been told he was fine.

Fantastic experience, they have earned a new client! Very fast process, scheduling and paperwork were really easy to do, we were finished before our appointment time even started. We really appreciate this service and how little stress was involved. Neither of my kids felt the vaccine go in and left with big smiles and zero tears- the staff was super nice and well organized. Such a relief after this long wait to have my kids protected.

Used to love this place but then they merged with "pleasant pediatrics" after Dr.Kutler retired.
Since then I haven't been much of a fan but the only reason we stayed as long as we did was because of Julie in the front office who is very kind and sweet and goes above and beyond and trys to help in any way she can.

The thing that really pissed me off though is the new vaccine policy. Having said that, I am not an "anti-vax" parent, all 4 of my kids were vaccinated per recommended CDC guidelines until age 5, and then started school.

After that I chose to opt out of only SOME of recommend vaccines because they seemed excessive and because
THEY HAVE ALREADY HAD 5 DOSES.

I was getting letters sent home from my kids school saying "even fully vaccinated kids can still catch whooping cough".
Oh, okay. Well forgive me for having the audacity to have serious questions about why there is a 6th, 7th, 8th dose of the same exact thing being required and the fact that even with that, they can still get it

The only answer I could get was,
"Well, I recommend" which was not based on her medical opinion but 100% based on what "the CDC, says".
Ohhhh.... The CDC Huh?
The same CDC that squandered much of its credibility over the entire covid fiasco, and continues to recommend vaccines that are injuring people while simultaneously claiming they are "safe and effective"
That CDC? Forgive me if I don't believe them, or you at this point.

If the vaccines work, they should work, im not going to continue to subject my kids to additional doses of things with toxins, heavy metals, chemicals, viruses and who knows what else in the name of "thee science" because the CDC suggests doing so.

Anyways, we were "fired" as patients for non-compliance with CDC "RECOMMENDATIONS".
So really they mean is mandatory not recommended and "Do what we say or we will bully you into it by refusing treatment for non related illnesses if you don't". Apparently to them that is now what "informed consent" is.

The reason we were there by the way was for a cold sore. My son was refused antivirals for that because she felt it was "excessive" but my concerns of the CDCs long list of actually excessive and unnecessary vaccines he had already had, totally fine, not a problem at all.

Complete and total bullshit, they don't care about these kids or their health, they care about getting $$$$ and getting kickbacks from the government for pushing their vaccines. Government involvement via private health institutions is going to be the downfall of Western medicine. Parents will increasingly resent this crap and were not talking about goods or services, ECT. This is about the health of OUR children. Not the CDCs, not the Doctors, not the schools, they are our kids, and so keep this crap up, the backlash is coming, and im here for it. Good luck to you, you're going to need it.

I was so happy to find a practice that quickly offered the covid vaccines for the very young as soon as they were approved! The process was easy from registering, scheduling, to selecting and getting the vaccine. Our next appointment for the second dose was automatically sent to us before we even left the office! I was very impressed with the entire process and wouldn’t have changed a thing.

I had both of my children vaccinated against COVID-19 at this office even though we weren’t regular patients. The booking system was easy, the communication from the office was timely and helpful, and the appointments themselves were quick and the staff friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this office for vaccination needs!!

We were so pleased to find Pleasant Pediatrics when searching for pediatric covid vaccine locations. The whole process was smooth and efficient with an easy online paperwork system, online check-in, and a quick in and out process at the clinic. The staff at the front desk was friendly and the nurse administering the vaccine was clearly experienced and very kind, which put my child at ease.

Fantastic experience top to bottom with my kids COVID vaccine. Easy to schedule, reschedule, and check in online. We were done with the actual vaccine in under 10 minutes, and the staff was super friendly. They are doing amazing to get our kiddos and community safe and back to normal.

My family went here for our Covid boosters and my youngest had his first Covid vaccination. They were very accommodating, as my youngest is Autistic and is very scared of Drs offices. They made sure to send us back to the room right away to limited our time in the waiting room. I would say this was the easiest vaccination appointment our little guy has ever had. Thank you Pleasant Pediatrics!
