Fixed my tooth in under two hours. The tooth I had to get fixed was in a hard spot in the very back of my mouth but the dentist was a very smart guy and he new what he was doing. He made sure I was comfortable during the root canal and I was nervous at first because of past experiences with other dentist. I quickly found out I was nervous for no reason because it went really smooth. I was surprised at how I felt absolutely nothing during the procedure. Some other dentists I have gone to in the past just simply don't do it that well! Thank you

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life! Most all the work done here has failed and the last time I left the pain set in BIG TIME! MASSIVE like no other I have ever experienced! I called and called crying in pain for help! Please, help me get in to see what's going on with the tooth you filled. The woman running the show, the office manager, (maybe Amanda) was rude, mean and didn't care at all! Basically, it sucks to be me. She said, can't get you in for 2 or 3 weeks. I was like, WHAT!!! I was crying and couldn't believe what I was hearing. I said, "does the doctor/dentist know I'm calling for help and what's wrong with me? Have you spoke with him?" She thought I was out of line asking such a thing. Till this day I wondered if he ever knew the pain I endured and the help i needed. I was on my way to emergency hospital until I found a dentist to help me. They let me go about 9 days calling them and begging to get in for help and I thought I was going insane because of the pain, I just couldn't go on! This office could have cared less. I spoke with a few other dentist offices telling them what had happened to me and how I was treated and they just couldn't believe it. Take heed people.....

Once upon a time this dentist office used to be a good and caring place to go to. Most all the work that was done from this office has failed. I left this office in Massive pain and I called them repeatedly and they would not help me or let me back in to fix the problem. I was on my way to the hospital until I found another dentist to fix their failure. I called and called the office, pleading with them to help me crying and in pain like you can’t imagine and they turned me away saying, “ sorry, it will take 2 or 3 weeks before we can get you back in. WHAT!!!! I have never been treated so horribly in my entire life at any Dentist office as I have here with these people. I tell people about my experience and warn them NEVER to go there.

Probably the best Family Dental Clinic in the Mat-Su Valley, in my opinion. They keep their patients happy and smiling. Dr. Lowrie and his staff are friendly, caring, and professional. Their work is excellent and thorough. Highly recommended.

So far I have no complaints. I've been to multiple dental offices in the valley and this office has been the most upfront about treatment plans, costs, and insurance coverage. I had to have my first crown done and they did an excellent job with everything, including doing it in the most cost effective way. They're super thorough whenever they clean my teeth and don't make me wait for a long time. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, office is convenient, clean, and comfortable.

My recent annual exam and cleaning experience with Advanced Family Dental was distinguished by exceptional customer service.

Fitting an appointment into my schedule is very challenging. I was unable to find a time that worked for them and me when I called initially. However, the ladies up front remembered me and contacted me when there was a cancelation at a time they remembered fit my schedule.

That may seem like a little thing, but I would have just not gone otherwise (or gone elsewhere). Thus, their thoughtfulness and initiative made a difference in the business’ success and was also great for me, their customer. It deserves to be recognized, praised, and encouraged.

Moreover, the hygienist was simply the best I have ever had. His communication was excellent and the work he did was uncommonly thorough, careful, and precise. My questions were taken seriously and answered thoughtfully. He is simply excellent at what he does.

A dental appointment is perhaps the very opposite of an exciting experience. But it remains I am genuinely enthusiastic about my experience here. I have worked in customer service fields for nearly two decades. The men and women at Advanced Family Dentistry are exactly the sort of people I would look for: proactive, helpful, competent, and kind. They deserve recognition and encouragement for a job well done.

Arrived for my cleaning and found one of my fillings had gone from "let's keep an eye on it" to "ohh, that's not good". I asked if there was a possibility of getting it done sooner rather than later and, after checking, was fitted in right after my cleaning. The best part was the numbing was put in before the cleaning, with plenty of time to take effect for the filling replacement. So, I was done and on my way in just a little more time then the usual cleaning. Thanks to everyone for their flexibility and care!
