I have been so pleased with the outstanding service from all the staff at Dr. Bottene’s office. I drive a distance for their service and am consistently impressed with their high standards. There was one time a dental assistant cleaned my teeth and did a poor job but they replaced her recognizing her poor performance. It is refreshing to receive quality customer service and dental care in this world of lack of employees caring about their performance and service.

ABOVE AND BEYOND.
I was referred to dr. Bottene 5 years ago by my new girlfriend at the time. I had 2 dental implants placed overseas while on business trips, and was looking for a local dentist to place crowns on them. I had reached out to several local dentists to do this and (simple task you would think), and got the run around and excuses, non apparently wanted to bother to do this crown work ( as if they were incensed that I had dared to do the implants overseas). When I went dr. Bottene, he was like no problem, even though my implants were a different brand/model than the ones he uses. He took the impressions and made 2 nice crowns, placed them in, no hassle. Needless to say, he became my new permanent dentist since then, and it’s been a very pleasant experience going to him routinely for all my dental work. He is skilled, empathetic and his office staff are very friendly and professional like him.
2 months ago I signed up with an online teeth alignment outfit to straighten my teeth(Invisalign like service), when I mentioned this to de. Bottene , he discouraged me , warning me off possible complications. I took his advice to heart but still proceeded with the online orthodontist based on their excellent reviews. I even joked to him that if I get in a snag, I still have him as my ace in hole. Well, 3 weeks later, I got my new teeth aligners in the mail along with a template to place handles on few of my lower teeth to aid them in being moved by the teeth aligner plates. I reached out to several local orthodontists to have this simple procedure done, and heard all the pathetic excuses in the world (oh, we can’t do this because we are not your ortho, if we do this then we become responsible for your teeth alignment and we can’t, and the worse one said sorry we are only trained on Invisalign and not this brand…etc), hello aren’t you trained to be a dentist?!!

Well, then I contacted dr. Bottene office and requested he help me out, and I was taken in at the nearest opening. He, like the professional he is, did not hesitate and used the template and installed the handles on 5 lower teeth (using the resin epoxy routinely used for filings). A 10 minute procedure, needless to say I was extremely grateful for his positive attitude and service, now I am able to proceed with wearing my aligners and straighten my teeth.
Frankly I am not surprised , I just wanted to share this experience because it was out of the ordinary, but anyone can see all the stellar reviews he routinely gets from every patient, so enough said. Thanks Doctor.

Dr. Bottene has been great, he has gone out of his way to accommodate my husband as he has very busy schedule too. As always, great experience.
