I am not one to write acclaim for a business but I am particularly impressed that I needed to let you all know about the gem I found.  Active Care Pharmacy is privately owned by Sara, a remarkable & genuine woman.  Her knowledge surpasses everyone in her field.  And she takes care of me like I am a beloved family member.  I never have to wait in line and a plus is that I don't have to deal with big pharma any longer.  Other pharmacies have stopped carrying some of the medications that I need but Sara always gets them for me.  Also, she calls my doctor on my behalf if she knows of a more efficient medication other than what they prescribed ... amazing!  She has helped me feel better and has actually improved my health.   Her generosity extends to the community... she paid for and donated over $60,000 of Covid 19 vaccines.  Who else would do that? I will be a loyal customer for life.

What luck to come across this pharmacy online! My doctor had received poor customer service from a local CVS and not wanting to experience that myself, I decided to search for a different location. Active Care Pharmacy was the first non-ad option that popped up with high reviews. I called and was greeted by Sara who was courteous, friendly and attentive while she answered a few questions regarding my insurance. (I was glad to learn they accept Medi-Cal) I knew right away this wasn't going to be transactional and cold like my recent experiences at big chain pharmacies. Once my Rx was ready, I drove over and met Sara in person. We chatted a bit and I found her to be warm and very passionate about her work. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days! I'm happy to call this my new pharmacy and I highly encourage anyone that wants great service to fill your prescriptions here. I should also mention my doctor's office was very impressed with her follow through, cordiality and helpfulness. Very blessed to have come across such a business with good natured folks!
