This is the only pharmacy in my area that carries my medication, otherwise I would never use it. I’m constantly late on doses because it does not get filled on time despite requesting the refill as early as possible. I have been told repeatedly I have no refills left after my doctor has verified how many refills I have left. Every time I call in to fix issues with my shipment, it takes 30-60 minutes and often I have to call back because I was given incorrect information. It’s beyond frustrating to have a pharmacy constantly fail like this when my health is impacted by not taking my meds on time.

If there was a choice for one star that is what I would give. This company is horrible. I have had issues every time I try to get my medication. They have had insurance approval and a prescription for over one month and after at least 7 calls (2 dropped calls, where they did not bother to call me back, at least one hour total on hold) I have heard 2 weeks in a row that my order is “in process” which takes “1 to 3 days”.
It appears that one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing.
I am very disappointed.

If you have a choice of another pharmacy I would suggest using another!

This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. They keep changing my delivery dates and no one seems to know the exact arrival date. Ive had the dates through accredo change multiple times. I really dont know when they will really end up finally sending me my medication. Im over a week late on my medication and finally was able to talk to my doctor and they luckily had a dose in their office they could give me today so i just went there instead. I hope this company gets shut down its terrible. I have serious health issues and they are super unhelpful.

Express scrips started to use Accredo for my specialty medication that I need to take daily. when they took over, they offered automatic refills which was not possible with prior company that express scripts had. So I said that sounds good and asked if I had refills at the time.

Turns out they accidentally got rid of the prescription. Never told me. Never called me that automatic refill was not started. Called 6 days because I had not received word and this was when I found out. I was about to go on a trip and I was about to run out. Because of the urgency the person on phone told me that they will request a Rx and if not received by the next couple hours that they would reach out. If there is no phone call then it would proceed and the medication would be delivered in 2-3 days. I received no phone call. I called 3 days later to find that they had no idea what was happening and nothing had been initiated. They have not yet even received the prescription. Had to talk to 2 people, pharm tech, the pharmacist and the leadership/supervisor.

Every single step they blamed the doctor and myself. The problem was them getting rid of existing rx, never communicating. They didnt bother trying to contact the physician again they said "you need to call the clinic and ask for the prescription" so I had to do their work and physicians are also human. They have off days. I had to bother them on a off day to get this rx urgently when this could been done days earlier.

They apologized and worded "I am very sorry that we did not receive the prescription from the physician." Again blaming someone for their mistake. I have read all the other reviews and I absolutely believe every single one of those reviews.

They redefine incompetency as a company. All the way to the supervisors, they have ZERO intention of helping you. They will blame any and all people involved other than themselves. Unfortunately it seems like most of us are stuck with them. Once the medications are in. I will drop express scripts entirely and have them send medications to physical pharmacy. This company should not exist. This company should not be anywhere close to healthcare.

This company is dangerous to patients. They will harm patients. More importantly they will not care if they harm patients.

Others have pretty much said it already, but this company is terrible. They are either incompetent or specifically designing huge delays and run-arounds in the system. Either way it’s shameful. I’m sure they just exist because customers rarely have a choice from their insurance as to what specialty sources they can use, but really these types of shops should be taken down by the government to assist people who need to efficiently get access to medication.

I was on the phone with this company almost every day for 2 weeks to get a medication filled. My doctor's office was on the phone with them multiple times. Each time I called there was some new obstacle to not fill the medication.
Never once did they actually reach out to me or my doctor to inform of the obstacle, we had to call them.
One time I was told they were missing insurance info and I had to repeat the same info 3 times for the guy I was speaking with.
That was on a Friday. On Monday when I called to follow up, none of the info I had given him was entered even though he had assured me he was inputting it as we were on the phone.
After having a complete meltdown with them, a "Supervisor" named Elizabeth assured me that she would be following up to make sure my meds were delivered on time for my dose.
Complete lie.
I called 2 days later and it was sitting in limbo again. Another temper tantrum got it moving.
Next day, again sitting in limbo when I called to check on status because they needed the doctor's permission to ship it to my home. No one called me or the doctor, they just put it on hold and left it. No one said anything on any of the previous 10 calls.
I will now be getting my meds late and have to adjust my dose schedule because of the complete headache in getting this filled.

Take away from all this is that the employees here may sound sympathetic, but they really don't care.
If you want your meds on time, call early and call often and don't get off the phone until you get someone to actually look into your file. They will tell you that they will send a message or escalate, they won't. They just simply don't care about the lives of the people they are affecting.

They canceled my application for a free program on a very expensive drug and sent me the drug with a $3500 co-pay. I have to reapply for the free program through my doctor and had to cancel the prescription through Acredo. Painful process

Complete garbage. The people on the phone have been very nice and try to help, but when it comes to the pharmacists, they suck. They took forever to get me my Rx. It sat in Pharmacist review for 2 weeks. If I didn't invest so much time already, I would have switched pharmacies. I will not be refilling with them.

Go up
