I like my Dr very much. The receptionist there last night is always super sweet! I felt for her though because she was alone and there were computer issues. All appointments were backed up. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. Maybe need a better booking system. Again though to no fault of the staff! It's just annoying because you work all day and sit in a waiting room for 2 1/2 hours.

At the beginning of this program I had some pretty bad experiences. There were always so many people crowded into such a small office, it took hours to be seen, the staff wasn't friendly and the doctors didn't want to listen to you. NOW though, is the Complete Opposite! I am in and out of there within 15 minutes, there are only a couple people there at the same time as me, the staff are the friendliest people ever. They will talk to you about anything and the doctor I see now is Awesome! He's understanding, he will sit back and listen to you, he works WITH you, never trys to rush you out the door and always has a smile on his face. This place has done a 360. And I want to say Thank you and I would definitely recommend ARS to anyone in need of the help because it is worth it.

I don't know how many of these people and Have actually gone to other clinics in the Pittsburgh area so I doubt the validity of what they are writing .When it comes to clinics that except welfare insurance this is definitely the top clinic ,in fact even if you pay cash ,this is hands down the best clinic. They are a very busy clinic for the amount of clients that they have ,and it is very surprising how fast things get done ? I have had nothing but awesome experience at this clinic ,I've been here for many years and I've been every other clinic in the Pittsburgh area and this is the best of them all unless you would like to pay cash and go to a personal physician . Also I am strictly speaking about the ARS in cranberry.

This place is an absolute joke! The patients are your number one concern ya that's funny! Don't know why I ever went back. How long does it take to get results to a drug test? Then they tell you they sent your prior authorization in to your insurance, and of course lie about it cause they didnt. Don't waste your time going here! They make you so stressed out.

Have been a patient there for over 2 years . Staff has always been kind and courteous , as well as the doctors , but some of the doctors are very slow !! Taking up to 2 or 3 hours for an appointment , when other doctors have you in and out in under an hour!!

One doctor understood my complications. I've yet to meet any other one who dose. When I'm paying 500 a month until m7y medical kicks in after 2200. Then it's 20%. I am more threatened there then about me keeping my life together. They wonder why I would take something to keep me well. It's because it's too expensive or it's when you leave me hanging without my meds. If I just didn't work , but that's no option for me. I'm sure that it works well for the jobless with free healthcare. I pay 700 a month in taxes for them..

Since l started going to A.R.S., I've had good secess with the suboxone. I have cronic pain due to the fact I've got spinal stenosis. Since the inception of diagnosis, I've been on a steady diet of prescription pain medication. Needless to say, I'm no longer eligible to receive pain medication. I struggled with not having the medication, mostly the withdrawal and sick feeling associated with it. I couldn't afford to purchase street drugs. I was told about you facility, I'm so greatful to be able to receive the suboxone. It helps with the pain l endure on a daily basis. And I'm not sick. I can function with my daily routine. Without, I'm not sure how l would be able to handle my responsibilities. I'm adamant about not ever tring heroin, however I have the suboxone. So for me, it's something that has immensely helped me. I thank everyone involved with your program. My appointment is monthly, a Friday at the end of each month. I'm always early by at least five minutes. And l don't miss my appointments. If l could suggest when making an appointment for a patient, as well as the date. If you could include the day of the week. My appointments are on Fridays. One was a Thursday, when l looked at the date, l had it in my mind it was a Friday pur the usual. I arrived the Friday. And was told l miss by a day. I would have been there had l known it was Thursday instead of the usual Friday. I realize l should have caught the day, but with it primarily a Friday appointment, l thought it was the same. I realize it's my falt. However, l believe including the day as well as the date, would help in clarifying the appointment. In closing, overall I'm greatful for your help.
