I couldn't ask for nicer, more understanding np and help. Brittany's always smiling and super kind when I walk in. Mandy is thorough and good with my boys no matter how sick and grumpy we are. I wish I could've found them sooner. They're both awesome!!

The traveling nurse was amazing! The NP was awful. She gave me the impression that I was really bothering her and interrupting her day. Never touched me. Just sat on her stool, went down a list of questions from what the nurse had asked me and didn't listen to what I wanted to talk about. She increased one of my prescriptions but it was the wrong one I needed. Her demeanor was short and unfriendly. I don't believe she spent 5 minutes with me. Yeah definitely not even 5 minutes. So now I have to try to find another Dr who might take the time to talk to me. And pay another co-pay.

The nurse who checked me in and drew blood on me today was fantastic!! She was so sweet and personable! She made me feel at ease during the blood draw - I'm terrible with needles - and she was very professional. She listened to my concerns very well and asked really good relevant questions.

I was greater and treated appropriately. Very short wait time and was called back to room for information gathering by MA who was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome.
A minute or two after MA left the NP came in. She listened to my concerns and immediately developed a plan of action. Great service and great care. Will return! Thanks for this service in Searcy!
