Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The nurses for the most part are pleasant. However, speaking with the department that fill the prescriptions is ridiculously painful; from the staff to the supervisors. I have to call often to make sure medications are filled & shipped. I have spoke with 2 separate superivsors, Steve & Kevin, both horrible with bad customer service.
Best thing we did was to leave Acaria to a better pharmacy. Wish my provider never set up my initial fills with this hack of a pharmacy.

I received an approval for my medication in early Dec. and have been trying for about 7 weeks to get it filled. Have been calling 2 to 3 times per week and each get I hear a different reason why the med can't be shipped. I've spent hours on the phone with them. They must get a kick back for what they don't fill. I pay for insurance which is owned by Centene. Acaria is owned by Centene. I can't physically improve without this medication. Shows how much they care about their customers. Perhaps a class action suit is in order.
Addendum:
Acaria called me within 15 minutes of leaving this review to schedule my delivery. Isn't that a coincedence?
Addendum ll:
All lies. They repeatedly promised my medication to be delivered today the day I need it however it has not been sent yet. Frankly they will tell you whatever it takes to get you off the line. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I can't believe how incompetent they are. Don't trust them.

This Pharmacy recieved my perscription on Dec 22 and as of today Jan 27 I have not been able to get the medication so I can get a shot in my knee. Go somewhere else if you can. The people on the phone when you first call are so nice and try to be helpful but they can only do so much.

Zero stars. This pharmacy is awful. Every month I end up having to call them to ship my medication. These calls are 45min to an hour long. They wait until the last min to run claims ext. the patient care associates have no idea what’s going on. I’ve had to file a complaint against twice. Once for HIPPA.

Garbage. I wouldn’t wish my experience with his pharmacy on my worst enemy. Chemo medication 2 weeks to get shipped. Then didn’t get shipped. They did get shipped. Pre authorization apparently is foreign to this place. My oncologist spoke with them at least a dozen times. If it’s life saving treatment medication your waiting for, don’t risk it . Supposed to get get texts regarding scripts , didn’t. Supposed to get emails. Didn’t.
Good luck speaking to someone in the USA that you can understand to try to decipher the chaos you will endure. I would avoid like the plague.

Very difficult to deal with. No app. Website is below subpar. They keep calling me about refills that I repeatedly told them I wasn’t ready to order. Then they deleted me from their system so I had to go through the hassle of starting over. Extremely frustrating.

Worst customer service pharmacy I have ever experienced. Constantly having to call and being in the phone forever with a person to assist with ordering a medication (that has been the same for 2 years) every month is so ridiculous and lack of service for people w busy lives
