This office has been our dental office for more years than I care to say. We find the staff courteous and very, very tolerant of people like me who are petrified of even sitting in the dental chair ! The staff knows, do not keep me waiting or out the door I go. I have no problem writing a recommendation for the Doctors Craig & Jean Creasey and Dr. Pfaffinger.

These folks are wonderful--every single person in the office! I've been going since Dr. Dickard owned the practice in the early 1980s and would never dream of going anywhere else for dentistry. They are painless and very skillful. And they are just plain nice folks, exactly as you would expect small town dentists to be.

I just called to try to set up an appointment, and the woman who answered the phone, was very short, and was talking to me like I was a dummy.. She made me feel like every question I had was stupid and unimportant. If you do call this place, you should hope you don't have to talk to her.. She ruined it for me, and now I this would be the last place I would go..
