CVS Main Street- self check out is for self checkout. Why are y’all always directing people who can’t check themSELF out to self check out then making people who have one item and obviously in a hurry and need quick check out come to front desk while you help people at self check out…and wait on y’all? Then hover over people at self checkout… really defeats the purpose. I’m so uncomfortable every time I shop here. Every time I go to self check out someone is standing there telling me to scan my card and walking me thru steps…. That I don’t need bc I shop here every other day and the screen literally reads out loud the instructions already…It’s the most awkward and annoying experience…. If it’s a problem with shrink- don’t have self check out and staff 2 cashiers.

Terrible service. Said no more refills left on medication that Dr said they sent. Important medication that doesn't need to be stopped. Person I spoke with didn't seem to care and just said to call Dr. No compassion at all! I'm done with CVS.....

Disgusting! The highest prices on Goods in all of Montevallo! You can quote me on that! They crank their prices at least $2 above everyone else to take advantage of struggling college students. If I were you I would take your business elsewhere and save your money because this place is trash. You'll be hard for us to find an employee, and then all they're overpriced Goods usually have some kind of gross residue on them.

The manager “Jus” has very little managerial skills and lack of knowledge of CVS policies. She lied about a simple sale.When I showed her the sale sign she literally told me it was nothing she could do after she initially stated that was the only thing she could do. “Jus” refused several times to tell me her supervisor’s name. She even started rolling her neck. I have been coming to this store for over 15 years and considered this store one of the best! BUT not today. I am person that buys what I need and if I am spending over $50 in a store I expect for the staff to know their sales and products. Do what is right and not let your pride affect your ability to do your job Jus b/c I caught and checked you in your lie.

My simple eye drop prescription should be here at this store. Thursday they don't have it, tell me to come back Friday. I come by and now it's Saturday, now I have to drive to a different store? Because they cant get it? Why not say that the first day? No store to store delivery?
