Whatever you do don't trust these people, they let my handicapped daughter leave there with an unknown person and they told me that they couldn't talk to me about knowing that my daughter had mental health problems and physical health issues, they showed no compassion whatsoever. I thought she was in a capable facility. They only let her leave after her check started going there. I found out from a professional that they have had similar issues with them before. This was after the fact. Still trying to get it sorted out.

My grandmother stays here and they take amazing care of her! I tried to take her home for the weekend and she told me no she wanted to stay she liked the staff so much. I am so grateful for them treating my family like their family.

I believe that Diversicare is the best place for the proper care of my wife. The staff has always been nice to my wife and I. The atmosphere is like being around friends and family.

I am thoroughly appalled that this facility is even operational. My loved one was sent there for care and did nothing but decline horribly, to the point where they have now been admitted back into ICU for illnesses caused by sheer negligence. I have been in the Healthcare field for years, and I have never ever seen such negligence from a facility. They are completely understaffed, and no one seems to know their respective job or roles when caring for patients. In fact, they do little to nothing at all to care for the patients. They all pass the buck and nothing gets done. They leave filth, needle sticks, dirty gloves all over the floor and under the bed. They never even bathed my loved one in the almost 2 weeks they were there, causing all kinds of infection, and leading to a near death diagnosis. I can't say anything good about this facility and that literally breaks my heart. Please find somewhere else for your loved ones, where they will be cared for properly. Be their advocate and voice! We can't allow this to go one!

I have a loved one in this facility. He was improving before he arrived. My family and I noticed that he appeared to sleeping a lot more and He was no longer talking. He was admitted to the hospital for an infection and dehydration. I have seen where they input an IV in him and left the bloody bandage on top of his bed. Went in recently, they gave him breathing treatment. I was there an hour and no one came back to stop the breathing treatment when it is only suppose to be given to him for 15 minutes. Made a visit one day, and there were syringes and gloves under his bed. The owner of this facility obviously care about the money. The State Health should do a pop up visit. Are records being maintained as needed. Each time I find something, I will report it. Today, my family member is still not talking as he was before. This facility is not the best. It is sad that this is the only one. Another question, is the facility really hiring experienced people? Very disappointed
