My personal experience with Walden drug has been great! I haven’t lived in Paragould all my life so I didn’t grow up around here and I’ve had an extensive medical history so it was important for me to find a pharmacy that I was comfortable with and Walden was it! When I first started using them as my primary pharmacy I knew I had found my pharmacy home! They have always treated me above and beyond a customer they are more like friends and when you go to walk out the door and you hear,” thanks Paul”! It makes you feel like more than just a customer!!

My mom used Walden when I was a child and then when I got older and had kids I kept using them. Very nice and friendly. They will go above and beyond to help you. They do have few issues but I know they are working hard to fix them. Jeremy is very supportive in youth baseball I have grandkids that play. I will highly recommend them to anyone wanting to switch pharmacies. God Bless y'all.

Walden drugs has been great ! I have been getting all my Rx filled there since I moved here 3 years ago. They help in any way they can. They have worked with my DR to help when insurance tries to deny paying for some Rx's.

My favorite pharmacy to use!! Know you by name and fill meds very quickly even when busy...we switched from Walgreens and are so glad we did. Very friendly staff and very skilled pharmacists as well..They have greeting card and little gifts that are sure to please everyone. Also over the counter meds and supplies that you might need as well. Cold drinks and snacks while you wait (which is very short time) We normally just bring scripts in and wait for them to fill. Most places couple of hours, this place less than 30 minutes. .No public restroom though is only downfall with kiddos. Definitely a 5 star rating with my experiences here! I called my Pravastatin in this morning 11-16-21. I selected the home delivery. I called the Pharmacy and they told me that the delivery person left at 3:45 pm. As of 8:15 pm, I still have not received my prescription. So I will never use the home delivery service again. I will be there at 9:00 ? am on 11-19-21 to pick up my Pravastatin! Very disappointed customer!

I've been with them about 8 years & have only 1 complaint & that is how your phone system needs much improvement. I like to actually speak to someone & it's darned difficult, most days one cannot get through to talk to someone.
