They go from giving you the correct amount of medicine you need, to then using the state as a reason to cut your dosage down to where they cut you off, even though you’re going to have future spinal surgeries as well as another knee surgery. It went from being the best place, to worst, all because they likely got themselves in trouble and now everyone has to suffer. I can’t even get my meds because they’re out of stock, and no one will call me back. My back pain is so bad it causes me extreme mental health issues that I already have and they just don’t care, they want to make it worse, knowing I will be having at least two more spinal surgeries, and I refuse to smoke weed or take that shot they give you that takes forever. I’m about to throw in the towel, vets shouldn’t be treated this way

I rarely have to wait long and Dr Gaines is great. He always greets me with a friendly greeting and smile. He’s a man of faith and we have a lot in common. He isn’t pushy about medication I don’t want to use or increase the dose of. Staff is friendly and helpful and it is always clean in the place.

Dr. Gaines was my mother's pain doctor from 2016 until she passed in 2019 from pneumonia. Mother hated going to any doctor, except this fine gentleman. He took amazing interest in all of his patients and did everything he could to make Mother comfortable. All of his staff were the best, as well. Highly recommend this doctor!

I know most people wouldn't say this about going to a Drs appt but I look forward to my appts with Dr Gaines!!. He's always smiling when he greets his patients and he actually cares for us too. He always say,"tell me something good!" When he greets me then we chat about how I'm doing and then He likes hearing how my pig, Charlotte is doing lol. He's a keeper for being my fav Dr! And I can't forget about the girls in the office;;! They are all so sweet and precious! I l9k forward to my Next appt on my Birthday!!!
