I am so sad to write a negative review. I have seen Dr hamby for many years and love HIM. I’ve dealt with the rude office and wait time for seeing him but now I’ve spent everyday since July 16th trying to get my script refilled and the office staff will not. The office has gone down hill so drastically it’s unreal. The past two times I’ve been in the office has been dirty. The staff as usual, has been rude but lately seem even worse. I’ve called so many times it’s unreal. I canceled my next appointment and have one with a new practitioner. I’ve held on for years. It’s a shame that his rude staff who won’t do the job they are paid to do and dirty office are costing him so many patients.

I’ve always received exceptional care from Dr. Hamby and his team. They consistently demonstrate dedication and professionalism, ensuring that every aspect of my care is handled with the utmost attention and skill. While I’ve noticed some negative opinions online, I believe these do not reflect the high quality of medical care Dr. Hamby and his staff provide. Like all professionals, doctors and nurses are human and can face challenges, but from my experience, they truly excel in their roles. Went to his office for years. His staff is the most rudest people you could encounter. Calls patients liars, have you to stand in front of them waiting to ask a question and they ignore you while they talk about what they did over the weekend. Set up appointment for my husband to come to the office to get a heart halter and he takes off work, get there and they gave it to someone else, so made another appt for the next week, next week comes and it’s a repeat.3 times attempting. So he goes to his doctors appt and Dr.Hamby ask did you do the heart monitor and we tell him after 3 times coming there to get it and what happened and he just shrugs his shoulders. Yea no thanks! He’s got a 2.5 rating for a reason people!

Office never picks up the phone. My partner has called over 7 times but can't get through. He's a hardworking man and can't spend all day everyday trying to get someone to answer.
It's also important to note that for Family Clinic they don't have any materials for the children in the waiting room. Some of the staff lack the proper patience to deal with children with developmental disabilities such as autism

He always takes time to listen and explain everything. He doesn’t rush me or make me feel rushed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
EDIT 2-6-23 His office has really changed. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone and when you leave a message they never return the phone call. Crystal was the only reason i kept going for so long. Its a shame because he was a wonderful doctor. To think of losing patients because of your lack of office coordination. I have also had issues with them billing my insurance for services never used and you cannot get the insurance lady to return a phone call. I'am currently searching for a new doctor after 10 years with them.

He’s an absolute creep who will talk about his patient’s private medical issues to the local government.
Says he doesn’t approve of his patient’s piercings or colored hair, as if he gets to decide how other people dress in a free country.
Do not trust this creep, he uses his patients to push hate, and will use you or your loved one for whatever agenda he wants.

I normally don’t write reviews but after my experience today, I feel it is appropriate. From check in to check out, my first visit to this clinic was great! The staff was pleasant and friendly. Dr. Hamby was wonderful, he listened to my concerns and addressed each one, I didn’t feel rushed. I was given coupons to help save money on my prescription. I think what made me want to leave this review is the phone call I received within just a few hours of leaving the clinic, they called to let me know my insurance did not want to pay for my medication but they were able to get a prior authorization approved... in just a few hours!!! Thank you all very much, glad to have found a new doctor, I now understand why you were voted Best of the Best!!!
