This location has changed from Heritage Park to Ozark Terrace and now it's The Waters of Roger's. I assume ownership has changed each time the name does. My dad lived at this location for roughly a year. The majority of this time they were Ozark Terrace, he moved a few months after they switched names to The Waters.
I'm giving two stars only because I felt the nursing staff is doing their best and they were always kind to both my dad and me. However, that's honestly more stars than the place deserves; the food is awful, the place smells heavily on urine, and most of the administration leave a lot to be desired. The inside of the building is somehow even more depressing and dingy compared to other long term care facilities. My dad's laundry sat in a hamper for months before I just brought it home and washed it myself. When they did do his laundry he ends up with a closet full of shirts that are 3 sizes too big AND his name was even been written on them! My dad wears a small sometimes a medium, it should be obvious that a 2x does not belong to him. Not to mention how many pairs of underwear and undershirts went missing while he was there. I imagine they slapped someone elses name on them and gave it to the wrong people. I visited my dad every other week and moved him the very first chance I got. I sincerly hope that if there are indeed new owners they will make much needed improvements.

If i can give -5 star review i will. But i cant.
So Beware!!!! If you have loved ones here. Take them and RUN!!! Horrible customer service. Unprofessional staff. The place is just dirty. It smells.i can go on.
