Staff here are great and I've been here for over a year now! Couldn't imagine being anywhere else! JennyJoe and Chelsea in therapy are amazing and Amanda and Doris are so helpful up front and everyone is like family!!!

ALL the Therapy staff were so great. I had a very ambitious goal to be achieved in less than a week and they got it done. I LOVED how they formed a personal connection with everyone. That made my stay even better, when I had never anticipated having to go to Rehab at 48y/o. Thank you to everyone who cared for me the last 6 days.

Due to several medical issues I have been in several hospitals and rehab facilities the past 4 months, Promenade is by far the best. Amanda did a thorough job giving us important info. Therapy was timely and done with compassion recognizing individual needs and abilities. Adam, Chelsea, Gloria and Jenny Jo are well knowledgeable knowing what to do when. But they show compassion as well as competence. They are at the top of my list of therapists far exceeding my expectations. The food was better than average but would be better served warm. Promenade is the best hands down. Nursing care is adequate with many caring and excellent nurses. Casey is by far a truly kind, caring and knowledgeable professional. You don't see the nurses often enough unless you are able to advocate for yourself. Like most rehab facilities both nurses and CNAs are overworked but at Promenade they do their best under trying circumstances. Perhaps that's because it is a for profit agency which has impact on facilities, supplies, medicine and staffing. Again, I very strongly recommend Promenade for skilled nursing rehab.

Our daughter recommend promenade bc she knew a therapist here. I'm glad we came here as we got the best therapy and care we could have ever asked for! My husband had a broken hip and is now STRONG and headed back home! Thank you Jenny, Adam, and Chelsea for all you did for us!

We want to thank the nursing staff and therapy department for the excellent care of my mother during her weeks of rehabilitation. She has made amazing progress over the last few weeks because of the personal attention that she has received. The therapists, in particular, have been outstanding advocates and cheerleaders for her. They have developed a plan to help her continue to progress toward independence as she transitions to home.
