I went yesterday for my pregnancy risk assessment, and I was impressed by their services. From the Lady at the front desk to the nurses, everyone was really helpful and kind. I was surprised at how respectful they were with my choices, how they carefully explained everything and how they were willing to work with me and assist me with any concerns I had. I don't say any of this lightly as I've had several pregnancies in different hospitals and this is the most respected I felt when going to a prenatal appointment. Waiting time was not bad at all, so for any moms that need to go there for prenatal care you're In good hands.

Helpful people. To get a birth certificate you will need ID, $12 cash or check NO CARDS. And birth certificates aren't issued after 3:30. Be prepared to spend a half hour or more.

I had Emily who did my tests, and let me just say, cutest person ever lol. She made everything so comfortable, and she almost felt like my bestie. I know a lot of health departments get hate for the hostile environment, but not with Emily. She’s a muffin. I would defend her with my life lol. Aside from that, I think it’s so important to feel safe and comfortable when getting anything done medical wise, especially as a women. Thank you, Emily manifesting you nothing but the best ♥️

Mrs. S. Guzman was awesome! Straight to the point and efficient. She got the certificate I needed and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. One of the best government employees I've dealt with! Thank you ma'am.

Making an appointment is easy. All the staff that we encountered was very friendly & helpful. The nurse we had giving my child's vaccine was amazing. I didn't expect this to be a pleasant visit but it really was!

When it's your only option I guess it's better than another country? Scheduled appointment for 14:20 and they got us back at 15:02... Love sitting at doctors offices forever.. and posters from 2016 hanging up. Nice. Smells terrible in there. But we got the immunizations done, and there is a good Pho restaurant right across the street, so that's why it's 1 star instead of 0

EDIT: came back again last week, and it has improved drastically. Much cleaner. They apologized that it took so long, but it didn't take any longer than the other doctors around here. Nurses were really great. Glad to see some changes!

The wic Hispanic lady was so rude , people like that shouldn’t be working there , Especially if you don’t have patience. Overall the nurse was so friendly!
