After moving to Arkansas, I was recommended Dr. Timothy Rothrock by several family members. The staff at the front desk and the hygienists were excellent, but that's where the positivity ended.
During my exam with Dr. Rothrock, I was told that my bottom teeth could fall out in the next 5 years if I don't see a specialist and receive a gum graft. I was extremely shocked and on the verge of tears, as none of my previous dentists expressed this concern with me.
He then recommended me to a specialist who he described as having poor bedside manner and could be very callous and offensive. I ended up not seeing the recommended specialist, as I was highly concerned about what Dr. Rothrock had told me.
When scheduling my second appointment, I was informed that there was no availability for the next nine months. I scheduled an appointment for the next year and was put on the cancellation list. Due to school conflicts, I was unable to make any of the cancelled appointments they offered. After nine months of waiting, when it came time for my scheduled appointment, I called the office and was informed that my scheduled appointment was lost in their system. The soonest they could get me in was after another three months.
I ended up switching dentists and was able to make an appointment for the next month. I can't describe how frustrating my experience was at this dentist, and I was extremely upset at the treatment I was given, especially given how many of my family members had positive experiences.

I've been a patient of Dr. Timothy Rothrock for well over ten years. I have a lot of anxiety with dental offices and Dr. Rothrock is very patient with me. He's such a caring dentist, who goes above & beyond for his patients. He's come in on an holiday and fixed a crown that popped off AT NO CHARGE. Be assured when you visit his office that you're getting excellent care. It's nice to see a dentist who treats you like you're family. ❤️

Dr. Rothrock and his staff are amazing! It was my first visit today and I felt very comfortable! He explained everything to me, listened to and answered my questions and discussed my options. His staff, Bonnie, Katie and April made you feel very comfortable. They are ALL amazing! For anyone looking for a dentist, he and his staff are definitely a 5 star practice!

Dr. Rothrock was my dentist for several years until I moved from the area. I loved his chairside manner; he is very direct but comforting in his conversation. If he finds a problem, he'll get to it quickly and talk through all of the options available. If there isn't a problem, he'll congratulate you on your excellent dental health. Really good guy!

The hygienists and other personnel are very friendly and chatty. If you are equally friendly, they will treat you even better. Big fan of this practice.

Just the best. On top of establishing the friendliest environment imaginable, Dr. Rothrock and his staff show great care at every step and approach their work as true professionals. It can be hard to know when a dentist or any medical authority is being straightforward with you, giving you good advice, and not taking advantage of you financially. I've never dealt with a more honest or generous practice. After Dr. Rothrock fixed my chipped tooth (perfectly), they graciously welcomed me back time after time as I broke my tooth again and needed a repair, wanted multiple tweaks on the repair, etc, patiently listening to my concerns and never asking for an extra dime. That's some uncommon decency, and I get the sense it's just how they do business. They treat you like family here.

Haven’t been to the dentist in a VERY long time. The team here was nothing but welcoming, explained everything, and made sure I was always comfortable. Super kind customer service and everyone greeted me with smiles whether they were working with me or not. I enjoyed my time here. I went in with a tooth that was in very bad shape. I was torn about whether to pull it or go with a root canal. Dr Rothrock and April were amazing. They had amazing technology and were so kind and patient with me as I struggled to make a decision. My treatment was virtually painless and I truly feel better less than 24 hrs after an extraction. Bonnie up front was also amazing. I just moved back from Springfield, and was so happy with my treatment. Unfortunately, I have a few more appointments coming up. I am comforted knowing the staff is so great.
