We drive over an hour and a half to see our favorite dentist!! Even though we have a dentist a block away.. the prices are great and so are the staff!! More like friends/family than a business. If Dr. Wainscott moved to the Artic we would go in our best winter gear just to have him do our teeth!!

You need to disreguard the remark that they staff is not professional. This is a very good group of professionals.

I had a tooth that was causing me pain. Dr Wainscott looked at it said it had a cap but still had the roots. The roots were decaying and causing an infection. He said he thought it would be best to refer me to an Endodontics in Hot Spring they could do it much easier. Dr Wainscott explained they would drill through the cap and do a root canal. Since Dr Wainscott explained I was prepared. I would recommend Dr Wainscott to anyone needing a denist. As far as his staff, they are the BEST.

Rude and Descriminatory. I called for the first time and was refused as a patient even though I offered to pay cash out of pocket. It was not that he was not accepting new patients at the time. He just wanted to be selective of his clientele. I'm on Social Security, so they kept trying to tell me to go elsewhere. His office kept making excuses not to accept me. It does not matter what dental insurance you have or do not have if you are offering to pay self pay. Self pay is self pay. (out of pocket) I was not asking for any sliding scale method of pay. Finally, I just said, "I'm offering to pay you out of pocket as self pay". I then asked, "are you telling me you are not accepting me as a patient even though I'm offering to pay your fees out-of pocket"? I was still refused.

Dr wainscott is caring and goes beyond the call of duty with his patients. Staff is always nice and friendly as well and makes you feel at ease with your procedures. Great with kids as well. Highly recommend him as your dentist.

Giving only 2 stars because the dentist is very nice. Unfortunately, the customer service very unprofessional. You cannot get an appointment for weeks and they are uncaring even if you are in pain and need care right away. Thankfully, the dentist down the street brought me in right away even though I was a new patient. They never even bothered to make the next appointment for me! At least she said sorry as she abruptly hung up on me.

Dr. Harrison is great, attentive, and cares about the patients' he treats. I am recommending him to my family. His office is conveniently located for patients in the Hot Springs Village, Fountain Lake, and Jessieville areas!!
