Dr. Neibaur and his team provide exceptional dental care with kindness and professionalism. His staff make you feel like part of the family by showing genuine care for each patient. My dental work has been top-notch—I've received Invisalign 7 months ago, a crown, and I’ve conducted all my regular cleanings here. I have a huge self confidence boost in my smile especially in pictures with my family. My children look forward to getting their teeth examined by the “Tooth Doctor” always making them giggle and being kind hearted to their emotions throughout their visit. Children are always ushered to the treasure chest to get toys and their toothbrush baggies by the staff. I am truly appreciative by Dr. Neibaur's genuine care and the professionalism of his staff that make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend this clinic.

I was referred off-post to this clinic for a cleaning and a simple filling. The staff, all of them, were so polite and kind. I had to reschedule with the front desk several times because of work schedule (with enough advance notice) and they were very understanding each time. Paperwork was simple, and no issues with using military insurance (I was referred). The tech, Miss Ana had great customer service and communicated well with everything that was going on, and Julia, the hygienist was thorough and patient with my teeth during the cleaning. Dentist was good too; he confirmed that the filling level was at a good place before polishing, asked for feedback often, and explained things! Amazing staff!

I have to say, the quality of the staff in this office is the best I have ever encountered in my life. From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed and relaxed. I haven’t been to the dentist in 6 years due to pretty severe depression and having a kid (mommas always forget about themselves) I was embarrassed to come today but I’m so glad I did! I wish I could take Dr.Neibaur and his entire staff with me when we move. If you’re looking for a new dentist in Fairbanks; look no further. You’ve found it!

Dr Neibaur was wonderful! I had a dental emergency and he fit me in his schedule and fixed me up same day. His staff was super friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this practice.

The staff is amazing. They’re always friendly, Sara always has my insurance information worked out so I know how much I have left in my plan. Kate has cleaned my teeth a few times now and is great! I HATE flossing, but I’m never made to feel small about it. Instead they give me other options to keep my pearly whites in tip top condition. Dr Neibaur always remembers me and my family and genuinely takes an interest in getting updates. My whole family comes here and we love it!

I am a regular there at the dental clinic. They greet me nicely and we carry on conversations that were left six months before. Always a pleasant and entertaining visit. Dr. Niebaur enjoys getting to know his patients. To top it off, I was having a rough Monday morning and long stories short, I smelled a little like diesel because my shoes were covered in it. One of the front desk ladies offered to take my shoes and wash them there in their laundry room since my appointment was roughly two hours in length. I accepted the offer and my shoes came back to me clean as a whistle. Couldn’t be better than that with their customer service. What dentist office has ever offered to wash a patient’s shoes? I doubt not one has. The dentistry is top notch as well to say the least. Highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed.
