Great care and the nurses are awesome. I love Dr Greg Reiter. He was amazing during my pregnancy with both my babies and delivering my most recent.

I had a great experience with Dr. Mason & her nurse as well as Dr. Cunningham since he is the one that in the end helped deliver my baby. I had a great experience until I asked if they could keep my baby’s gender a secret & write it in an envelope so I could give it to the person that was going to make the cake. The person that made the cake misplaced the envelope so I called & You’d think they would have wrote down the gender somewhere in their files but they did not. I called & whoever answered the phone was laughing about it which I found extremely unprofessional & she called me “mija” which I don’t think is professional either. I ended up paying $50 for another ultrasound just to know the gender when they could’ve just wrote it down in their files.

The doctors here are amazing! Most of the receptionists there are amazing as well! Today my mom called to reschedule an appointment, she does not speak English so she asked for Spanish. Someone named Graciela was helping us and she answered the phone greeting in English and when my mom asked for Spanish she said “ma’am do you no understand me I said good morning” something like that in Spanish and in a rude tone and my mom obviously did not understand that is why she asked to speak with someone in SPANISH!! She was rescheduling my mom’s appointment and she kept saying “no mija… no mija… ” unless the lady was older but saying mija was not very professional and her tone of voice was very rude and we did not like the way she helped my mom. We never had a problem with this clinic but the Spanish lady needs to respectfully talk and help their patients.

I loved Dr. Reiter! I am making this review almost two years later as I am pregnant again and sadly will not be returning to Creekside as they only deliver at Willow Creek. Dr. Reiter was friendly, easy going, professional, and a fantastic doctor. I would trust him with my life and he stepped in where Willow Creek nurses messed up multiple times on my induction. I am sad he doesn’t deliver anywhere else, but I won’t return to Willow Creek with the level of care I and my baby recieved while there.

If you're looking for a hospital that provides quality care during a vulnerable time, I strongly advise against Willow Creek Women's Hospital and Creekside Center for Women. My experience with them was disappointing from the very start. The intake process was riddled with grammatical and administrative errors that left me feeling uneasy about the quality of care I would receive. Unfortunately, my doubts were confirmed when I had to undergo a D&C procedure following a miscarriage. Our primary doctor was unable to perform the procedure, and the stand-in doctor, Dr Ashley Mason, arrived looking exhausted. Her venting about her children being out of school only added to my nervousness.
To make matters worse, a few days after the procedure, I had to rush to the emergency room with a rising temperature and excruciating pain. It was then that I found out the D&C had not been completed properly, leaving the ER doctor frustrated with the sloppy work and burdened with the extra work of fixing it. The nurse assigned to me was inexperienced with the hospital equipment and inappropriate, asking my husband and me if we had picked out baby names after we had just suffered a devastating loss.
Throughout my pregnancy, I was always the one calling for updates and results; never once did they initiate contact with me to provide follow-up care. Additionally, my insurance notified me that the hospital's part in filing has been incomplete for over two months, and requested that I provide them with a more direct number to the hospital to facilitate completion of the necessary paperwork.
In short, my experience with Creekside left me feeling emotionally drained and disappointed with the quality of care I received. I wouldn't wish this kind of experience on anyone, and therefore, I cannot in good faith recommend this hospital and center to anyone seeking compassionate and competent medical care during such a vulnerable time.

I considered Creekside for prenatal care. Their staff and nurses seem dissociated. The prenatal nurse saw me because I wasn't a patient there yet. They took urine and drew blood, but did not confirm my pregnancy. I asked if they were going to check my hcg count, and she said "we can if you want to". It was all around a weird experience. They never called about my labs or results.

My biggest concern was the doctor wouldn't see me until 12 weeks. It seemed like they didn't want to deal with women during the most vulnerable phase of their pregnancy.

Most clinics in the area have the same 12 week policy. I finally found a doctor with amazing reviews who insists on seeing women at 8 weeks. The nurses called multiple times to discuss my labs, and they sent me for an early ultrasound after seeing the labs from Creekside. They said my hcg was high and wanted to get an early look, make sure the timeline was right, and that the baby was in the right spot and everything. They've also been extremely transparent about costs and options.

I canceled my future appointments at Creekside.

About to file a malpractice complaint against Dr. Reiter and this facility. Restraining myself...a terrible clinic. DO NOT come here for help with your pregnancy.
