I wouldn’t send a dog to this place. They have been the worse nursing home In eldorado for many years. More than 20 to be exact. They change names often.

This facility is under investigation for several patient abuse cases. The Director of nursing and the administrator there are very unprofessional and bully their residents and employees on a daily basis. DO NOT GO THERE TO WORK.

This managing facility is very rude and they show favoritism. I would not recommend sending your family there or working there.

The facility was very clean and the residents looks very happy and well taken care of. The receptionist or aide that assisted me was very nice and friendly

I was really disappointed in the facility. The facility is very out of date compared to other health facilities within the city. The look of the facility is very depressing and I would personally hate to have a family member admitted into it. Nothing was friendly and welcoming about it.
