I started as a CNA here at Quail Ridge Living Center three years ago. I originally started because I was worried about my papa being in the nursing home. Only to find out that he was surrounded with the absolute best and most caring nursing staff. For the year he was in there he made lots of good friends and familiar faces. Quail helped us get him back on track to bring him home and he was suppose to be there for long term. Any concern or questions my granny had, Taylor was always quick to help her! Along with our DON and ADON. I am forever grateful for everything they did to not only help my family but me also. I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing care!

I've been working here at Quail as a housekeeper for about 5 years, everyone here is amazing to work with!! The residents are like family to me! My granny was in here in 2020 and everyone took really great care of her up until she passed away. The aids, DON and everyone else were amazing to my family as we went through the tough time of my losing our granny! I would recommend Quail Ridge to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one! We will treat them like our own family and love them like our own!! Give us a chance to love your loved ones and take the best care of them that they need!!

I started working at Quail Ridge in early 2022 as a Certified Nursing Assistant, since then I have become a Certified Medication Aide and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (thanks to our gracious Admin Taylor, for encouraging & paying for my education on behalf of Quail!!!). I have worked at several nursing homes, assisted livings, and a hospital at one point, and I have to say this is the best facility I have ever had the privilege of working at! Everyone here truly cares about each and every single resident! The Admin, DON, ADON and every other support staff member here are all so supportive, caring & helpful with any questions whether they are serious or silly lol. They are very family oriented and support/encourage furthering education. On top of that, it is always clean and never has a foul odor, and the residents’ meals are always fantastic and appetizing. I recommend Quail Ridge Living Center to everyone I know! Whether it is to join the staff, get skilled therapy, or to come long-term, I highly recommend coming here! You, or your loved ones would be well cared for here!!

Quail Ridge has had my mother for rehab of a broken leg/ankle for over a month now and the care and compassion from all of the staff and administration has been beyond exceptional! My brother was here for the last month of his life with cancer. Taylor, the Administrator, actually held a room for him much longer than I would have expected, so that we could get him there. Again, the care he received from all of the staff was exceptional. I’ve spoken with numerous members of the staff over the last month and each and everyone of them have expressed how much they enjoy working at Quail Ridge. That says so much about the facility. This place will always be on my recommendation list for anyone needing this type of care. It just could not be any better. Thank you to all of the staff and the Administration for the care and comfort they have provided.

I am a nursing home minister here to 2 ladies but I love all the residents. Taylor is the director and so wonderful with the residents there. She has the heart of God and their best interests is her main priority. She watches over them and makes sure ALL their needs and even their "wants" are met. I LOVE quail ridge and not joking if I ever need a "home" I pray this is where I will be sent.

Quail Ridge took such an amazing care of my grandpa while he was there for some rehab. He loved bingo and all the nurses! This place definitely has their heart into all their residents, they go above and beyond. ❤️

My mother had a tendency to be a bit of a complainer. She finally admitted it was time for her to move into a skilled nursing facility, and she became a resident of Quail Ridge. Once she was settled in, she told us, "If I had known that it was going to be this good, I would have done it a long time ago." Her only "complaint" was about the snacks and the food- She was sure she'd "get fat." ? She was happy during her time there. Quail Ridge has more of a family atmosphere- not all of the facilities in the area can make that claim. The nurses and staff care. The residents enjoy a variety of fun activities, and it is not uncommon to have an invitation extended to families to join them for a holiday get-together. When Mom's health began to decline, they offered us valuable advice regarding Hospice. We were constantly kept in the loop by either the QR staff or Hospice personnel. If you are considering long-term care/placement for someone, I highly recommend Quail Ridge... My Mother, Grandmother, and Aunt were all residents.
