Where do I start this has to be the poor excuse for a nursing home my mother was in there for a month or so wen I tell you the staff was horrific sorry as Hell poor excuse for anyone to be in the nursing field they was sorry lazy didn't take care of our mother good at all my mom had a sitter with her at all times you would've think it would have made things better Well let me tell you it wasn't I had to make my mom bed up cause the pose to be CNAs never changed her sheets on her bed I had to make it up the staff had a very nasty attitude others ppls in there was calling for help which they ignored I saw this on several occasions all they was doing was gossiping about who sleeping with who how they partied over the weekend they wasn't friendly at all they was never at the nursing station seems like everyone took lunch at the same time it was sad as Hell poor excuse for a nursing facility if I had a choice or my way I'll fire the whole dam staff and start with a new crew I'm so glad my mother is gone away from that Hell Hole I wouldn't put a injured dog in there let alone a human being forget to mention they never gave her anything for her bowels which had her constipated from all those pain pills not to mention the food was horrible me and my family always was there to make sure mommy was good which she wasn't because of the care she received from them had bed sores they wasn't turning her the way she was supposed to be turned wen she needs they she'll ring for help which came 15 minutes or more later not checking her IV which I told them on several occasions once again they took they time to come see her it's not like they was busy pose to have given her pain meds before transporting her to Drs appointment which was given before she left it was pose to be given hour before transporting because she had a back injury so the drive wouldn't hurt so not to mention I followed them to her Drs appointment and the driver went thru the bumpest road thru mobile she hit every speed hump not slowing down until she came upon on it I just shook my head in disbelief my mom said she was hurting from that ride and yes The Honorable Mention the driver of the bus and her aid no care in da world nasty attitude they all are some real clowns and poor excuse for being in the nursing field they should be taking care of animals not human being

My Uncle has been at Twin Oaks for about 2 years and his health has declined. He had a bedsore on his foot that was untreated and it had him feeling so bad that he called 911 for himself. He made it to the hospital for the doctors to find that his foot has been obviously neglected. When the doctor unwrapped my Uncle's foot, he turn his head because of the smell and the look of it. They had to quickly amputate just below the knee. These are facts and I all of those patients are being neglected. Please someone help us, help them. That Facility is unfit. I know that there are patients there with little to no insurance, but these patients deserve still the best care

Beautiful facility that is kept impeccably clean. Staff are always kind and friendly and take excellent care of their patients. Even if someone is having a bad day they are smiling. Honestly this is the best facility in Mobile county and is a hidden treasure.

My mother was here for two months with dementia after beating covid, ended up in hospital dehydrated, compacted, and died 3 days later. Lost weight rapidly had to call and speak to someone when on zoom call she was unresponsive yet trained professional didn't pick up on it.

The facility is very clean and organized. The staff is very pleasant, kind and caring. The Director of the facility and his leadership staff are great.
