Horrible experience. I don’t recommend him at all. I went for an appointment because i’m pregnant, he’s supposed to Refer me to Baptist NEVER reached to me or them. Disrespected me and my Boyfriend, was it because he’s black Asked me if i even knew the father of my child when he shook his hand walking into the room. I call them to get check ups on my refer and it’s busy signal. I Called Baptist myself and set it up myself. Waste of time and money. And the end he says he doesn’t even practice pregnancy, so why even bother and let me make an appointment when i told you guys over the phone what it was about. I will be changing doctors. Oh yeah He will randomly grab your wrists for no reason just to talk to you..

Was told by Gary today " I have no idea why you have lost 30lbs in a month" ...here is your follow up appointment for 6 months. I am literally in the death stage, have puss running from my ears...and ole Gary boy looked me in the eyes and said "I dont know" and no let me get you a referral...this has been my PCM for 4 years....4 years. See you soon Gary

Although this was a good place to go to the doctor for my husband, they have no idea how scary it is to be called up telling us we are going to collections for money we do not owe without any previous notice. Not once but twice. I'm not sure how great their communication is with insurance companies but from our end it has been terrible. Good service. Terrible office management. Some things can be avoided ahead of time but for some reason they like to wait till the last minute to get it done.

After dealing with military "doctors" for almost 13 years and getting motrin(which made me puke) for anything from a separated shoulder to kidney stones to anything else as well as being told that I had gas pains when I had an 8mm kidney stone I lost faith in doctors. After getting out of the military and trying to find a civilian doctor for my problems I was treated like a crackhead looking for drugs, that was until I found Dr Duke.

I have been passing kidney stones at a regular rate of about one every two or three months for over 10 years and he was the first and only doctor that helped me do anything to prevent them. I have tried everything from drinking a gallon of water each day to drinking bottles of cranberry juice and nothing stopped them. He finally prescribed medication to bring my PH balance up high enough to prevent the kidney stones.

Sometimes you have to wait a little while to get seen, but then again he is thorough and takes the time needed to take care of you.

Both my wife and daughter love this doctor and NP. However, the office staff is disorganized, rude, and has no idea what they are doing when dealing with insurance. When my wife called the lady who does referrals was very argumentative.

Great Dr. Very friendly staff and well educated nurse staff. Staci Clouse works under Dr. Duke. She is very smart and takes time for any questions. If she doesn't have the answer she will find out. I'm impressed!! My daughter is going into the medical feild and I told her she should job shadow Staci. I think she would learn alot from her!
