Absolutely the best doctor and staff around. They are quick, they are good, and they are very caring. Dr. Townsend is the best doctor I’ve ever had, this man truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond every time. I go for one or two things and he always asks if there’s anything else he can help with before I leave unlike most doctors who require another appointment for anything more. With the hours I work being so weird I love the fact I can walk in basically whenever and don’t need an appointment time. And I always get called back by the nurse before I can even sit down after getting checked in. They are quick, they are excellent at their job, and they make you feel welcomed and comfortable and like they’re actually happy to see you unlike most offices. Dr. Townsend is a true doctor and he has an incredible staff behind him. Oh and not to mention they usually have their pup in the office which can help some people with the anxiety’s of going to the doctor. I will never use another doctor and I don’t know what I’ll do when he retires. (Hopefully not for a really long time)
Thank you Dr. Townsend and staff for everything you do, you’ve restored my faith in doctors and nurses. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Absolute best around. The staff is amazing and the sweetest women and Dr. Townsend is very caring and hears you out instead of just pushing you out of the door.. won't go anywhere else. So anyone who says anything negative clearly has never been here or have caused problems for themselves as I've read in previous reviews! Keep being the best around.

If I could give this Dr negative stars I would. He is a very rude disrespectful and hateful person. I was 3 minutes late and he was beyond ugly to me and threatened to call the cops because I tapped on the door to see if he would possibly see me. I was just in a wreck a few days prior and depending on others for a ride and I even called his office to notify him I'd be a few minutes late and I was told to come on in. And when I arrived the door was locked and then he proceeded to talk to me like I was less than. I do NOT recommend this man as a doctor.

Walked in, the staff very nice & Quick. DR was also nice and listen to what my son said his systems are and how he was feeling. Checked him over & took his time. Highly recommend him!!
