First & foremost, the cleanliness of the building was immaculate. Followed by top notch customer service! All the staff members were super friendly, attentive, & worked with a sense of urgency all the while making sure I was aware of any issue that came about with my requested services. Offered water to the clients waiting to have their vehicles serviced. Prices were one of a kind for the quality of products compared to other shops. All around great place for all your tire needs. I definitely will be continuing my business here with Discount Tire in Searcy! Special shout out to Lane, Nick, & the other gentleman working the front counter. These young men are phenomenal!

I work at the Casey's across the street, and these boys took care of my car and my gfs. My girl needed her special size tires in two days or less and they got them ordered on time and put on for cheaper than anywhere else I would have gotten them. 10/10, would recommend.

Wow! Unbelievable service! Professional, friendly, efficient service. Easy to get to location. Went in with a low tire and they not only repaired it for FREE they also offer free tire rotations! All they asked was that we spread the word about them and their service! So I'm sharing! Outstanding!!

I would not recommend using this place. I took 2 of my vehicles to get tires. The first was my car. Had to take it to another store to get the tires balanced after I left because they do half ass work. That should have been the sign to not go back but I give them another shot. Took my 2022 f350 dually to get the first set of tires. After leaving with the tires mounted and being in a hurry because they were behind, when I got home and started looking at my truck I realized they had damaged all 4 of my aluminum wheels. I contacted them as soon as I saw this. Devon, the manager, told me to bring it back and that he would fix whatever damage was done. When I took the truck back, the assistant manager didn't take me seriously, was a smart ass, and didn't want to deal with it. After being stern with them he made a claim. I sent the picture of all the scratches and nicks along with the broken center cap. The lady from the claims department said there was no way they could have damaged the wheels and refused to pay for the damages to the wheels. $4500 wheels and they scratched all 4. I will never use them again and don't recommend them to anyone.

My windshield wipers quit working after getting new blades there. One guy came out and said oh well I can't do nothing but make a claim it's your motor not our fault. But talked to jewan and he came out with some wrenches and tightened the nut on there and fixed it. Wish I would have done business with him instead of the other guy. Thanks jewan

So I delt with Devin and Justin. I must say I have used 4 Discount Tires from Oklahoma to Arkansas and I must say this one is my most favorite. They are super professional and very polite. I didn't have an appointment which I should have because it makes it easier on everyone but they got me in and totally took care of me. The tires they put on my vehicle were perfect and the entire experience was great!

Austin helped me today here. I initially asked for a front end alignment, but he told me that they don't do alignments there. He asked if he could check my tires to make sure they were OK. He volunteered to air them all up, removed a screw from one, and checked to see if it was leaking air. Austin was professional, kind and very helpful! He went out of his way to help me and I drove away feeling happy.
