Instantly greeted and welcomed into the practice. The environment is friendly, welcoming, and overall very nice. Interactions with multiple staff members throughout my appointment and everyone was respectfully and nice. Lastly, watching Christmas Vacation throughout my appointment wasn’t too shabby either. 🙂

My experience was completely fantastic .. great staff pleasant smiles very friendly !! I would give you a 10 .. I was sent to Dr.Millington by his family Mr.and Mrs Bright for help with my dental issues and couldn’t have been happier when I met him and his staff face to face. I have not been here for a while, but going back today for a cleaning reminded me just how great the staff truly is. Everyone is very nice, and talks very calm when talking to you. Facility is very clean and lobby seating is very comfy. I’m so glad to be back. Thank you for a great visit today!

Great service! I found this practice through a recommendation on the r/Birmingham subreddit after feeling underwhelmed at my previous dentist. My technician was extremely talented, and I appreciated her professionalism and respect while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Plagenhoef is great. I felt like he really cared about my dental health as well as my experience as a customer, which was almost as refreshing as my breath after they cleaned my teeth.

I had a chip tooth repaired. The staff members are super nice and the office is very very clean. I love the decorations that change every season and/or holiday! I have been getting dental services here for 6 years and will not change!

All of the staff are kind, gentle, and accommodating. The office is spotless and always decorated with fun, seasonal decor. As someone who gets really nervous about visiting the dentist, I appreciate the Christian praise music playing. It is soothing. They make visiting the dentist as pleasant as it can possibly be.

I only changed dentist office because my previous dentist retired and the new dentist doesn’t take my insurance. I was recommended Millington and Plagenhoef by a friend and I’m so glad because it is one of the best dental appointments I’ve ever had. I absolutely loved the hygienist, and Dr. Plagenhoef was just as pleasant and professional as he could be. Will be switching our whole family to this office.
