We rented a scooter for a family member visiting from Ireland. This is the second time we have rented. The gentleman at K&B Mobility is very accommodating, professional and helpful. Purchased a Golden Ally electric wheelchair from here for my wife. He had a vast inventory of electric wheelchairs and electric scooters charged up for her to try in the store. We were glad to find a shop that takes time with the customers to fit their needs, which is very important when you are talking about a person's mobility and handicaps. My wife loves the Golden Alley electric wheelchair. Very comfortable after long use and super quiet. We got the 20 Amp hour battery. Just took a trip to the Toledo Ohio Zoo to see the Christmas lights. It was very cold and this chair still had a 92% charge left after traveling the entire zoo! We took it to Ohio Amish country and she loves that it turns on a dime and she can maneuver thru the markets and isles of all the shops. We also like that it is light enough to lift and folds up in one piece in the back of our Kia Sportage. I can lift it out, press one latch to unfold and use. It is great not using a carrier that lets equipment in the weather and out for someone to see and try to steal. Also, this shop can fix it if we ever have a problem in the future.

Barry was phenomenal. He helped get my aunt in and out of the store so she could try the chairs out to make sure she got the right one for her. Barry delivered it with in a couple of hours, set it up and made sure she was satisfied. He definitely cares about his Customers. Personally I have not been graced by the lovely people at K&B, however they were gracious enough to help out a friend of mine who is currently having a rough time in life and had a wheel break on her wheelchair. They were nice enough to personally deliver a part to her at no cost to her. That kind of exceptional above and beyond service is unheard of inbtodays market. Barry was extremely helpful to me. I was moving from NY to Ohio and needed a new chair to sleep on. I told him that I found the chair that suited my needs in NY and he said he could order it for me for delivery in Ohio. With all of the supply chain problems Barry kept an eye on my order to make sure it would arrive in time for my arrival. Less than a week before my arrival Berry contacted me to let me know that the manufacturer had dropped the ball and my chair was going to be about 4 months late. He suggested an alternative chair that was in stock from another manufacturer and that he could have it in his store by time I get there. Barry was 100% right. The chair I wound up with was far better than the one that I thought I wanted. Thank you Barry for going the extra mile to this customer very happy.

Barry at K&B went above and beyond what was expected. He went to the nursing home, diagnosed the problem, replaced the lift chair parts, and got it all covered under warranty. Barry was soooo helpful in my search to find the right wheelchair for my Dad. We’re now able to go for walks which became too difficult using a Walker. This Transformer wheelchair is perfect.
