I do not recommend! They keep your credit card on file with out authorization or knowledge then charge it with out any notice! Used our cc for a copay the day of apt.We got a lab bill after, which is fine and I was going to pay it. I had just received the bill, but they took it upon themselves to just charge our card! That is how I found out the keep your cc on file. I cant believe this is there office policy especially considering that cant be legal!

I was able to get a same day appointment and the doctor was able to help me with my skin reaction. The staff were all very helpful and polite. The atmosphere was very clean and elegant. The nurse was very friendly, patient, and thorough.

I would definitely recommend.

MINUS ZERO STARS. Nonexistent follow-up for a medical facility & shady billing. Was seen July 2nd. Asked & was promised lab results in mail. After 10 days, I had to call them and read results by a random clerk with no follow-up by the doctor whatsoever, nothing sent in the mail, they don't use email or regular mail only an internet portal that they control. Is the scar healing properly? Who knows? Any patient questions for the doctor, too bad. Now it's been a month & still no statement or bill in the mail from them, as promised. I don't do online portals. That should be a patient OPTION not mandatory & only means of communication. I would never recommend this insensitive, greed motivated place. Called their billing on 7-28, lady said she was 1st layer screens basic billing questions and then transfers me to a 2nd layer billing specialist, a person who does not answer phone but asks for a message to be left in her VM and she'll call back at her convenience ! Finally the BS (2nd layer billing specialist) answered call, said my insurance paid in full 6 days prior (which I already knew, because I checked with my insurance FIRST). The BS then said they do not typically mail a statement showing paid in full or zero balance to the patient, but since I'm requesting it she would. This place needs to be reported to the State Medical Board & BBB. Their layers of mumbo jumbo is unacceptable. It's fine to make an internet portal a patient option, but it's questionable to make it mandatory and never send a patient a statement, bill, lab results. Patients needs should be first, not the providers comfort. Furthermore, if a patient has valid insurance & pays their copay at time of appointment why are they still asking ALL patients for a credit card, upfront that they keep on file? Probably an illegal practice, that needs to stop. I only used this place because my insurance said they were in my network. I let my insurance provider know what a clown show & hassle this place is, with their nefarious dealings & layers of bs. Will never use again, they should be zero rating & investigated by Attorney Generals Office, patients deserve much better. I called & asked them to remove/redact my credit card info as well, said I will never be returning. BS said they have no way of sending me proof verifying they closed my cc info as requested. Very shady place, I'm guessing most of their five star reviews are made by their employees.

Monotone speaking receptionist takes my call finally after a five minute wait for an appointment that I am supposed to make at every four weeks. I was just there yesterday and didn’t have my calendar so I called today and I can’t get in for almost 7 weeks from now which is ridiculous. She said I could go to another location an hour away. Why would they say I have to come every four weeks when they can’t possibly even see me in four weeks why did I start this regimen ? I am so upset. My insurance company is charging dearly for this and now I’m into this regimen and I have to pay a $500 deductible for treatments I can’t even get. Go somewhere else don’t even start with this place. They are full of themselves.

The staff checked me in early so I could get to my exercise class after my appointment. My appointment went on efficiently and informatively. Directions for my next followup appointment and preventive skin care were discussed clearly. The staff is kind, efficient and compassionate.

Amazing, care , expert medicine from the best in her field. Dr. Torok is the best most caring dermatologist. Its a privilege being a patient in her practice. I can't recommend her enough. In an age when specialty care is being provided by PAs and Nurse practitioners without oversight, she runs an amazing practice providing the highest quality of care to her patients. Tailored care with the utmost experience and expertise.

Zero courtesy for patient's time. First bad sign was when I was signing in at the desk and other patients kept asking reception how much longer the wait was... I then waited over an hour past my appointment time before I got dressed and began to leave. Conveniently the doctor started walking towards me to ask if I was leaving? I said yes my appointment was over an hour ago... Was there an apology for the wait? Nope. Dr Helen Torok looked at me and said "oh", that was it. Also not to mention that this place is a complete cash grab. If you want a body check for skin cancer that's one appointment, you want to mention acne? That's another appointment... You want to discuss wrinkle concerns? Nope, another appointment again. What happened to making an appointment with a dermatologist and discussing your concerns? Not here... Every topic needs its own appointment. Cash grab!!!! Would not recommend, would NEVER go back. HARD PASS!!!!!!

And if you take a look... They didn't even respond to this review, that speaks volumes. They have nothing to say to refute!
