If I could leave a ZERO I would!! This place has horrible scheduling practices. First they made me an appointment to see the oral dentist on March 5th. I paid upfront for the procedure that was to be done. On March 4th I called the office in Cornelia to confirm because no one had reached out to me. They told me they only do it on the 19th of each month even though on the day I paid they made the appointment for the 5th. I wanted to reschedual but the person I spoke to at that time said she would have someone call me. They never did. A few days later my husband went there in person and made me an appointment for the 19th at 1:30 pm. They told me to arrive 15 mins early. I arrived at 1:00. At 2:00 everyone that was there before me was still waiting. The young man next to me said his appointment was for 1:00 and he had been there since 12:30. He also said he was having all his teeth pulled which they told him would take about an hour. at 2:00 I asked the receptionist how many people were still in front of me. I had to ask her 3 times to get a straight answer which was 2 more people. I asked them to take me off their books and give me a refund. She told me to wait one moment and I could speak to the office manager. You guessed it! I waited some more and she never came out. I know emergencies happen but an oral dentist should be more prepared. AND THEY SHOULD NEVER SCHEDUAL ORAL SURGERY PATIENTS SO CLOSE TOGETHER AS THERE JUST MIGHT BE AN EMERGENCY!! I will not go back to the Cornelia location and would advise noone else to either!

Office staff is over worked and caused our case to fall through the cracks. We booked the appointment for our procedure and they were supposed to call us to schedule impressions. They never did. They were supposed to get health info from our cardiologist and they didn’t. The day before the procedure was due I called and found out that a person who no longer works there didn’t schedule the impressions appointment and they got us in that afternoon for them. BUT when we showed up for the procedure they found out after conversation that there were health issues that they didn’t feel comfortable proceeding. This could have all been avoided if someone would have called the cardiologist and gotten clearance. We are in the process of getting a refund for the thousands of dollars we already paid. I do not recommend this location of Aspen.

Do not waste your time going here! Made appointment for 11 at 11:30 still sitting in waiting room, I asked the receptionist if I had an appointment at 11 and it was 11:30. All she did was ask if I'd like to reschedule. No I'm sorry for the wait or anything. Only 4 cars in the parking lot including mine so they weren't that busy. Finally 45 minutes into waiting they called me back and took me to a room that smelled weird and stuff all in the floor like it had not been swept. Asked a few questions, put the paper bib on and left. Several minutes into my wait I realized across the hall they were pulling a man's teeth while he was under sedation. What drew my attention was how rough they were moving his head around. No privacy. Needless to say I was there long enough to watch them pull at least 6 or more teeth. Still no one hardly acknowledging I was there. 20 minutes more at least, I decided this is definitely is not where I want my dentures or dental work done. No warm welcome/comforting or professional feeling at all. Never been to a dentist office that wasn't immediately friendly and reassuring that my dental needs would be taken care of with gental professionalism. I had a completely different experience in the Gainesville office last year. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to the Cornelia office.
Added note: They aren't even accredited by the BBB!

The phone number here on Google and in my confirmation emails doesn’t work. I keep trying to call to reschedule my appointment and I keep getting a message that says “The call cannot be completed as dialed. The party is temporarily unavailable.”

There are other Aspen Dental branches near by and I’d 100% recommend those over this location.

Went in to get my wisdom teeth removed. It took the lady doing my Iv 4 times before she could get it, and she made a mess with the blood running down my arm and they left a nice bruise too. Just a day after surgery my cheeks are puffed out and hurting because i guess the doctor there didn't care about me and just gripped and ripped. The doctor also sent my medicine to Washington when the office and I reside in Georgia. So i didnt get the pain relieved until 3-4 hours after surgery. I do not recommend this location, maybe a different aspen dental

I decided to try this office despite the reviews on google, but I should have listened. I went here because I knew both my consultation and my surgery would be covered by my insurance, and I wanted to get everything done in the same place for the convenience. Everything was ok until we got to the actual surgery (all 4 wisdom teeth removal with iv sedation). After I woke up from the surgery no one spoke to me about my post op instructions. They just gave me a piece of paper and a number and told me I could leave. Once I arrived to the pharmacy, they said they didn't have my prescription. So as my numbing wore off I had to call the dentist office and wait for the prescription to be sent and filled in agonizing pain. I also forgot to get a work excuse, but once I did get it, they only excused two days for major surgery. I ended up having to go to urgent care for the rest of my healing process, because whenever I tried to call the office it would go straight to voicemail even during open hours. I don't recommend this office for anything serious and I won't be going back.

We are from out of town staying in Blairsville for 2 months. My husband made an appointment for a routine cleaning since he was due as he gets his teeth cleaned every 6 months. He is in the process of finishing up with an implant at home in a month. He has seen the same family dentist for 40 years. Today, Aspen refused to do a routine cleaning because they said he had some receding at the gum line. Instead they told him he needed a deep cleaning and gave him a treatment plan of $2k. He asked just to clean them for now but they refused. Not sure why they wouldn’t do it and just suggest he sees his dentist at home when we returned
